The breakfast was excellent. Parking is free and easy. We had the room with the kitchen and 2 queen beds which was perfect for a four night stay. A newer hotel with quiet heat and a/c very homelike. There are many restaurants nearby. Although I didn't bring my dog there were people with dogs at the hotel which weren't noticeable. I might bring my dog next time. Drive to Cape Henlopen state Park is easy and it is fun to check out dock area in Lewes Zwaanendael Park , Overfall ship and the historical buildings. The Tangiers Outlets are all close. We went to Rehoboth Beach to walk on the boardwalk. Traffic is tricky but we there during spring.

Hotel is conveniently located near walkable food and drug stores. Ambient patio area with fire pit and BBQ grills. Staff was friendly and attentive. Free breakfast was good and waffles were delicious! Pool and gym hours were convenient. The bed was very comfortable...not too hard or soft.

Room was clean but upon departure when stripping bed linens and pillowcase, noticed twisted hair inside case from previous guest. That's completely unsanitary! Sofa was very low to the ground and the cushion had small hole in it. The freezer wasn't defrosted so couldn't use it.

Although the hotel was situated in a busy area, it was centrally located. I did not expect a view just a great place to stay. Beware if you stay more than a day, you have to tell them you want your room made up and cleaned. Other hotels I stayed at you would have to say you don't want your room done. The indoor pool was the biggest I have ever seen. We liked the orange water at the desk area. Lewes downtown was very close and so were the restaurants.

No ice was on the 4th floor where we were. The fire alarm had a strobe like light flashing every few seconds in the room. The bold coffee was not bold nor good. Lewes parking enforcement people are aggressive, beware, and parking is expensive.

Service was very polite and allowed us early check-in. Location was just a mile away from the restaurant where we met our relatives. Our suite was very comfortable, but my back would have been happier with the addition of a hard0backed chair. The desk chair, however, was excellent, and I wish it were included in other suites I have reserved.

I wasn’t informed that my use of booking,com precluded any Hayatt World points. There was a large bleach stain on the 2nd floor corridor carpet that was unsightly, and should be repaired. Every time we passed it was a downer.

it was remarkable how smiley and relaxed the entire staff was. I am not talking about the reception. The maintenance in general, the cleaning crew and kitchen staff. I was very impressed that there was cleaning up from breakfast as we were sitting so there wouldn't be mess, full garbage during our time eating.

no big deal, but I like having a body lotion as part of the hotel experience. the refrigerator in our room didn't have a tiny freezer and we travel with our own food so it was a little issue to figure out our ice packs

The rooms were comfortable. The equipment in the gym is new. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including eggs, breakfast meat and potatoes, oatmeal, bread, fruit, cereal, and more......There is an indoor pool for rainy days. All the staff that we met were friendly and helpful. The room has blackout shades. The lobby is a good size and comfortable for meeting people

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. They could use a nightlight for the bathroom. It's hard if you have to find the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was adequate. The food & coffee was fresh but not exceptional. It was very nice that they had coffee all day as well as water w lemon or orange slices. Plenty of towels were provided. Beds & pillows were comfortable.

We had trouble turning off the main thoroughfare to get to the hotel. Coming from the south we missed the turnoff twice. It comes up quickly & is not well marked. It appears the area is over crowded & developers have been allowed to squeeze buildings onto every square inch of land left.

The room was very spacious. Large bathroom also with a great shower. Bed was very comfortable, nice large screen tv. Easy to adjust heat/ac which is often a problem. Also very quiet room with motorized shades. Nice little gym and a good pool. Staff was very friendly. Overall I plan to stay here again in the future

Location is a little far from Rehoboth Beach but I knew that going in

The towels could have been bigger but hardly worth complaining about. Maid service every day would have been nice. Didn't know I had to ask for new towels. Didn't get the details of our stay because I booked through 3rd party. I saw other guests getting a welcome packet and some type of gift bag that included water, etc. However, for the price I paid, I'm fine without all that. The drive to the beach was long because of the traffic. Couldn't walk anywhere because of the location so you'll need to plan on sitting in traffic for at least 20 minutes when you want to go somewhere.

Overall, everything was very nice. We received a free room upgrade thru Booking.com. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. This would be a nice place to lodge if staying for longer, as the room has a kitchen unit.

No ice machines on the floors. The front desk was very accommodating in providing ice. The heating system was a bit loud.
