Dog friendly and clean. Most pet friendly hotels we have stayed at in the past have the pet smell not here. Most of the staff members were extremely helpful and kind only one person was a little standoffish and was more involved in her airpods than the guests. Pool area could use a fresh coat of paint but was clean and heated. Breakfast was ok even with dietary restrictions.

We would leave our towels outside of the room since we were traveling with our dogs, but they weren't replaced we would have to go to the desk to get clean ones.

First of all, the remodeling is amazing. Looks so fresh and inviting. When you walk in, you feel like you're walking into home because they offer free coffee and a comfy place to sit. The rooms were spacious and clean for the most part.

I did not appreciate the chlorine levels in the pool. It burned our eyes, and bleached our bathing suits. The hot tub had pieces of plastic in it and when the bubbles stopped you could see debris in it. So that was pretty gross.

It was great, pet friendly. Breakfast was decent. People was nice.

Fan didn't work in bathroom. Shower curtain could of been better. Hard to keep water in the tub. Some hidden fees. Like 100 they kept on hold for room and 25 a night for pets. I didn't see that on app. as a add fee. Next time I know. It would of been better they put sofa bed in the room.

Located off the main highway, it is a good place for families with pets away from all the traffic. There is a nice little yard for the dogs to use, along with a proper disposable receptacle to clean up after your pet. The king room is huge with a king size bed, an electric fire place and also has 2 sofa beds my kids love. The room looks exactly like the pictures. I have stayed 2 different times for multiple days, and both times were pleasant.

There isn't anything I can say I didn't like. The floors in the hallway look a little dirty, although I saw the staff clean them daily. It is to be expected for a place that allows pets with dirty paws running through it.

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The housekeeper made sure to drop off towels and whatever we needed without us even asking. Staff was quick to help us if needed. We love that our dogs can join us. From what I researched this hotel charges the least to have your pets with you. It’s close to beaches. This was our second stay and we plan on going back. It was nice 2 years ago but better this time around. Also… very clean which is huge for me!

FYI… There are steps to get to the second floor but you can request the main floor.

the room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. It didn't smell funny. The bed was very comfortable, the heat/AC unit was quiet, and the room shut out any sounds from other guests or outside. The window shades were beautiful and worked well. The continental breakfast was well stocked and tasted fresh. The coffee was good and strong.

The pool and hot tub/spa were not heated. We looked forward to relaxing in the hot tub when we returned from a day of walking the beach and shopping, but it was cold or room temperature. :(

The inside looked modern. There was plenty of parking. There was no shortage of necessities. The staff was always nice and there when needed.

The Tv remote in the living room part of the suite didn’t work. Only the one in the bedroom. The carpet was dirty and old, could use replacing. And our room was not swept when we first got there. There was lots of dirt and mini trash particles around.

The hotel and room were very clean. The breakfast was wonderful and so was the guest gift bag. Most of the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the fall/Halloween decorations.

There were a couple lights out in the room. We only had 2 towels for a room we rented with 2 adults and 2 kids. The room we were in was right next to the door going outside to the doggie grass. Very noisy. Heard the door bang all night. Would stay again just not in a room on that end.

Room is big for that price The bad is comfortable Breakfast is ok The room is laundry The Laundry facility is ok and the staff is very kind to help me and answer all my question and give best solution I will back here with my Family, son and daughter in law and grand kids. Room matched the pictures online, they didn't just upgrade one room and post those pictures. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi which worked well. It has an indoor pool and did have breakfast for us.

Pool heater was not functional so couldn't use the hot tub. Having some warm eggs or bacon would have been better for breakfast. No elevator to the second floor. Hallway carpets could use a good cleaning
