The hotel was clean, and the staff was very nice and respectful. The hotel is surrounded by stores and a pharmacy, the grounds were kept clean, the pool was clean and warm, there were fresh clean towels available.

We were disappointed in the breakfast, on our last visit, there was a variety of hot breakfasts, this time there was microwavable food, the coffee was weak, you should get a better quality of coffee and more creamer flavors, and half and half. You should have smoking rooms.

unfortuntely we shortened our trip when checking in as we were informed after driving down 10 hours in the rain that our property had a small flood and the staff said no problem and just to advise her the night before departure. There were no extra charges or penalties. At check out a 71$ was added for earlier departure after staying 3 nights and leaving 2 nights earlier. Staff said it was due to Booking.com but after speaking with them they confirmed there was no penalty fee coming from booking.com . The staf member said the manager was not there and that on the 23 of July he will adress the matter and correct our bill. Looking forward to getting our credit but nothing up to now.

Jessica was amazing. They have an indoor pool open from 9 am til 10 pm. Great for anyone looking to get away.

Surprisingly generous. There was not only fresh and packaged muffing. Cereal, many juice choices. There was waffles AND eggs and sausage. I didn't not expect that due to Covid. (Other Hotel do not serve during these times) Thank you Started our morning off great.

We booked with Booking.com, requested an early check in time - between 10 - 11am. Booking noted even though the hotel cannot guarantee the early check in time, they would do what they can to accommodate us. WELL, once at the hotel arrival at 10am they said since we didn't book through them directly - they would not give us an early check in unless we paid and early fee of $25.00 We came back around 2pm and we did get our room then, but the bill was $1.50 more than noted on my booking.com receipt. No reason provided why from the hotel staff..

Location was close to local restaurants and to where we had to be early in the morning

Pillow were too soft and breakfast didn’t have to go options for people who had to check out before 630am

It was exactly what I needed for a great price. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Overall, I was pleased and will definitely stay there again.

The overall hotel was clean. The bed was really comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was hot and strong.

The breakfast eggs weren't good but the waffle station and meats were delicious.

The rooms were fine, the staff was great, location was good, but the breakfast was sorely lacking.

The coffee was not good and the orange juice was off color. We went out for breakfast.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was great for the kids and the room set up was good for a family.

There was not a coffee maker in the room and the door was challenging to lock. Also the room needed for TLC with paint and furnishings.

Unfortunately, I had to leave very early in the morning so I missed breakfast! But everything About my stay with Lovely.
