Nice and clean, big windows to look outside , the shower was great w hot water and pressure, really quiet, I did smell cigarettes a few times, but you can't have it all I suppose, the bed was sooooo comfortable, I slept like a rock. Could have more channels, but again how long are you really hanging in your room, wifi was free, worked really well, staff was very night, I hot in kind of late, and they let me know where to heat up the pizza u had left , very pleasant about it all. Easy to get around inside and outside. I'd definitely go back again, it would be my 1st choice now. Thank you!

I reserved rooms online with no problem. The room was neat and clean. It smelled nice. If I was traveling for work, there was a desk and hotel wifi available.

I requested 2 rooms near each other but the two rooms were on different floors and at opposite ends of the hotel. I didn't try breakfast. The room was comfortable for a one-night stay. Would become uncomfortable - no closet or counter space in the bathroom - creative use of "pegs". Smokers hung around the front door so nonsmokers had to walk through smoke.

Staff was great and people staying there were friendly. Given the situation I was pleasantly surprised by the people

This hotel is home to several recovering addicts due to a government assisted program they host. This was a bit disappointing for me as I am a single mother traveling with a teenage daughter. I am happy to see people being helped. And the people were all friendly but it was a little shady at times. This was a surprise hotel on booking.com and I was definitely surprised! Not happily!! Only other isssue was no microwave in the room!!! I loved the 12:00 check out time!

Present employers good cooperation clean hotel, good layout for breakfast good very good. I loved the coffee hot with a good tasted, bed sleep good, bathroom beautiful, I just love it, I am a local from Seaford Delaware. Had surgery in Newark Delaware stayed for two days of recovery, love the quietness on the floors. I would give this hotel 5 ⭐ stars ⭐ Delaware you have impressed me

Breakfast was OK Sausage and Bacon would've been nice and if Breakfast was a little longer.

We Wished that it was a Shuttle to take Us to the Casino So We didn't have to have a Destinated Driver for Because We All Wanted to Drink it was My Brother in-law Birthday Weekend We were Celebrating.

Reasonable price for today's market, access to various restaurants close by. Rooms were clean with amenities. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The additional deposit of $100.00 for a room was not mentioned on booking agent website and that caught me by surprise! Glad I had the extra funds, therefore it worked out! And the deposit was credited back to my card. As long as you're not destroying the room or smoking in the rooms, anyone staying will be fine.

Front desk person not friendly .Breakfast was very basic. Facility had a very intense smell of fabuloso cleaner especially in the lobby and elevator

I rented a suite so that i could comfortably work from the hotel. Location good; internet fast enough for live video conference calls; building clean; suite spacious. Most importantly the staff was extremely welcoming. Thank you to Alison, Jeremy, Jessica, Ricky, Ricky's mom and the number of people I interacted with whose names didn't stick in my head. Everyone seemed happy to help or just be friendly welcoming faces at the hotel.

I would have appreciated a dining set in the suite -- plate; bowl; silverware. The staff was kind enough to provide some plastic cutlery.

The location is great. The room is very spacious. The staff was great.

There's no closet space. Very little options for breakfast.

Clean, and the room was very cool in temperature during a heat wave. Very needed.

My only issue was the plug next to the bed. You have to crawl under a wooden nightstand that is nailed to the wall to plug in, for instance, a CPAP machine.
