It was comfortable and close to where I needed to be. Quieter and much nicer than I expected!

I don't think they cleaned as they should have. The signs said to leave towels on the floor if you wanted them cleaned. I left a wash cloth on the floor in the shower and it was still there the next day. I agree with not changing sheets and towels, but I specifically left it on the floor to exchange. And it didn't seem like the bathroom had actually been cleaned that day.

The staff was very professional and courteous!

Would have preferred an iron and ironing board in the room and would have like the sheets to be changed after 3 nights but not a big deal since we only stayed 4 nights. The value for the price paid was excellent expect when the prices was tripled on Saturday night and we weren’t able to book another room and had to find another location for 1 night.

no credit card operated vending machines for a middle ot the night snack. I like to watch TV in a comfortable chair or sofa, but that wasn't available in the room. There was however, a very cool reading nook that our 7 y/o granddaughter thought was fantastic.

I enjoyed the modern touches, decent sized room, cleanliness, buffet style breakfast, bright entry/lobby. Lobby attendants were friendly. Checked in and out quickly.

Although hard wood floors are attractive and easier to clean, other guests footsteps could be heard from above. If you are a light sleeper this could be a deal breaker or you request the 4th floor (top floor). Although this did not affect me, if you need a closet to store some clothing, this could be a downside as there wasn't one in our room. There were however a few hooks to hang your clothing on hangers.

The pool was excellent the room and everything in it was great the only thing critical was the floors of the bathroom when they were wet they were extremely slick they should have mats down to keep a person from falling

It was clean and rooms were ultra modern.

I brought the fact to the reservation person in lobby when we were checking out that our shower floor was very slippery. Needed to put a towel on the shower floor for safety.

The hotel was very nice. A friendly smile met when I came in the door. The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. Everything felt genuine. You could tell the staff we're happy at their job and didn't feel inconvenienced. Unfortunately I left to early for work to be able to enjoy the breakfast.

The only downfall to the stay was the noise coming from the royal farms next door. A large group of vehicles had gathered in attempts to be fast and furious wannabees late at night being very disruptive.

The food tasted great. There was not a wide variety of options, but what was available was very good.

They could have had more to choose from

The hotel was exceptionally clean. We tried to get early check-in, but that wasn't possible for the particular day that we stayed. We frequent Milford often, and due to the State Fair being in Harrington, we were unable to get a room. The rate was terrific! The hotel was extremely quiet, always a plus when you need a good night's sleep. I loved that the room was somewhat compact, they were efficient in building the facility. They are the first hotel in Milford that has an outdoor pool, with chairs and grills/firepits, and picnic table! We will be a Microtel "frequent flyer" for sure! They truly exceeded our expectations. We are happy to have found Microtel.

It is a nice little hidden gem with minutes away from town and with a restaurant next it. I love the hardwood floors and the rooms have a decent amount of spacing. The water was hot and the pressure was great as well. For breakfast the pancakes were good, the sausage was good and the eggs were just ok.

Only thing I didn't really like was the eggs for breakfast but everything was pretty solid. t
