Everything was very nice and clean, the staff every single person I encountered was very nice and very professional. And such a nice touch to have the TV in the room welcome you. Whoever thought of that is genius

I didn’t like the fact the house keepers came into our room at 9am even though we weren’t checked out. But from what I could hear in the hall there was a mistake with the wrong room number.

Brandon greeted us and checked us in. He was a pleasure to work with. We usually use this hotel because it is located close to everything we need. The rooms are nice size there’s plenty of parking and the breakfast is good. But the staff is always very friendly and professional.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. If I had to say anything, I would say my husband likes lots of pillows, so maybe a couple more pillows for the bed.

Everything, no seriously. The amount of space in our suite. Staff was amazing! They were so accommodating and treated us like family. We definitely want to return. It was a very important trip for our family and we're so grateful to stay at a place that made it spectacular!

The indoor pool could have been a little warmer for me personally but my kids loved it. They did everything wonderfully for us.

The breakfast bar is awesome..many selections of food and beverage and staff were friendly 🙂

Door wasn't closed all the way/latched when we were checking in?..only two bath towels..no hand towels, washcloths, shower mat.. dirty washcloth still in shower from previous person which tells me bathroom wasn't cleaned!? Issue was corrected in a timely manner

Spacious, clean rooms with kitchenette, very nice.

Fridge was broken, took three days to exchange. Breakfast food was cold (omelette, sausage biscuit etc. ) maybe a microwave in breakfast area would be helpful.

I liked that it was in a good location it was very clean and everyone at the front desk went above and beyond even my #1 Eagles fan Brandon I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone and will return next month

Everything was pretty good except for the one lady doing breakfast was a little rude to my 12 year old son because he took a scoop of blueberries

The rooms were nice, but the AC unit was not working properly

The heat did not work in the 1st room and there was a nail in the pool that pierced my sons foot

I used Trivago then booking.com to reserve 2 rooms. When we got there about 11:45 pm they had our reservation but only 1 room. The hotel attendant was wonderful and found us a pet friendly hotel nearby. This was my first and last time using Trivago but would stay at the hotel in the future.

My children enjoyed the pool and the gym! Also the breakfast in the morning!! All the staff was wonderful!!

Everything was great!! No complaints!!
