Staff was friendly. The room was clean.

I booked online for 2 nights. I left one day earlier. When I looked at my account, they charged me 3 times $113.76, $113.86, and $227.56. I called to explain, and the lady kept saying we credited it back to your account. No, they did not. The $113.76 fell off. However, the other $113.76 and $227.56 were posted to my account. The $113.76 that posted is correct. The $227.56 is not correct I don't know the young man's name at the desk but he was very helpful with my TV and patient. However,I will never go back to Mainstay in Dover.

The second day of my stay, the front entrance was closed off due to the front parking lot getting a new asphalt sealant. I had to walk from the back entrance and I didn't have a key yet for the second day of my stay. Fortunately, an employee helped me out.

Loved the bed! It was so comfortable. The room was very quiet too. Great location.

I had reserved a jacuzzi tub and I stead of sending a message before we got there, they waited to tell us when we arrived. They did give us a small discount however we were really looking forward to the jacuzzi tub.

Night staff was not approachable or helpful. Had an attitude any conversation I had with her. Traveling with a son, and both her sons present with her at work one would presume she’d be a little more attentive to needs of a traveler. More than likely won’t book here again unless Dover area has no other vacancy.

Breakfast was good and greatly appreciated.

Room door entry key did not work properly. Room door very heavy and closed quickly.

The room was very spacious.Full kitchen large microwave large refrigerator and very comfortable king size bed

The bed was extremely comfortable, it was so hard getting out of it every day , everything was clean ! they provided pots and pans for you to use along with dish soap . fresh towels every day. I loved the location, wasn’t in a busy area so it was quiet. I will definitely return

The key cards had problems getting into the room. Gas to keep going to reception to re-activate.

It was very clean in and out. The dining/breakfast areas were spotless and very organized.

One thing, the pool is closed never to reopen again. It’s a bit of a bummer because we absolutely loved our stay here. Our 4 yr old did not want to leave.
