The room was comfortable overall. It's nice that an ice water container is available in the main lobby part of the day. Front Desk staff person was very accommodating in meeting our room "requests".

Our only concern was that hot breakfast selections were nearly empty on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings when we arrived around 6:20am; the work crews come at 6am, and consume large volumes. We didn't have that problem Monday morning, Doris was superb in making sure the buffet was well-stocked and tables clean.

Staff were great to deal with and very helpful

We asked for a cot for our room. We were told that there would be one the next day. The next day I inquired and was advised we were top of the list to get a cot. Was advised that by the time we would be returning from our day’s events the cot would be in our room. When it was not I inquired and was told “Well I have no idea. We have no cots available.” There was no attempted to figure out what happened. No attempt to help figure out what went wrong.

The front staff (both check in and out) were amazingly friendly. They really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were nice.

The ac/heat unit made a loud noise upon start up. If you keeping on constant fan, it limits the noise.

My grandchildren had a blast in the pool, me hot tub. Your staff were very welcoming, all of them from front desk to cleaning staff to breakfast. All were polite and understanding of small children. My granddaughter needed supplies and we were given immediately. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. Oh yes 6 people showered and water still hot kudos

I cannot think of one thing exceptional service

The staff is wonderfully pleasant and helpful. The entire property is very clean. The breakfast had a good variety for most dietary needs.

I wish the smoking rooms/balconies were not at the front of the hotel/main entrance. It's off putting as well as a nuisance for those of us that cannot be around any smoke for health reasons.

It would be nice for jacuzzi to be adult only to allow for relaxation without little kids playing also a sign that asks guests to keep volume of their music down low would help as well. There was a mildew smell in the common area as you walk in perhaps the carpets just need to be cleaned?

The hot tub and pool Breakfast buffet was nice just wish they offered more options everyone doesn't eat pork there should be options when it come to the hot food selections or atleast cook some turkey sausage or chicken sausage for the ones who can't eat pork.

Also the dining hall could've been cleaned much better tables an the floors were dirty during my stay.

Room was massive. Great location for visiting family. Friendly staff.

Wasn't a big fan of the mattresses on the beds. Very soft but everyone is different so it's only a minor point.

Breakfast assortment was great and tasted delicious. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Although we didn't get to use the pool. Was a little too cold. Should have went in pool first before jacuzzi. Location was great as we planned to hit the nearby casino so it was convenient. Local stores nearby as well and beaches not too far away. Accommodations in the room were great and very clean.

I was upset that the day I got there the price was only $355.00 for my room yet bookings.com still charged me the higher amount. I wish they would adjust the amount. The hotel was excellent but not sure I would go with bookings.com again
