The room was clean!!!!
The electronic key machine wouldn't generate the key, and it took about 30 minutes to work. The clerk was so professional and apologetic, I felt bad for her, yet it wasn't her fault/issue or problem. The management should have a spare machine or another option to make the keys. The reason I say this is because the machine appeared to be old and well used. Thank you

The location and how easy it was to get to. No hassle to check in or out. Neighbors were quiet
The halls were pretty dark and there was only one working vending machine, the room was clean minus a few places where there was water damage or other small things

The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly
The thing we didn’t like was that the bed was uncomfortable and our room was across from the loud ice machine that kept waking us up throughout the night

The staff, cleanliness, and comfortability of the hotel was amazing. My boyfriend and I loved staying and would definitely stay again!
There wasn't anything I had an issue with! It was convenient to have a staircase right by our parking spot!

Friendly, helpful staff; the large room had comfortable beds and was well equipped, one of the best in-room fridges I've seen; breakfast (with a really good variety of foods) started at 6 am, even on weekends.
A large section of the glass on both the front and back entry doors is broken, covered with what looked like packing tape. It gives a very poor first impression.
