The hotel was a little pricier than others in the area but we'd stayed in several quality inns on this trip and found them to be good so we were happy to pay extra. However this one was not as new as the previous ones and was showing its age in places but it was very clean and the staff were great . It was disappointing to find the swimming pool closed but overall,we enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the breakfast was really good so we would definitely stay again.

from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile by a gentleman in a wheelchair who was super friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean, it had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfy. there was a big variety from fruit cereal, eggs muffins, yogurt for breakfast. It was nice to have such a large selection.

This hotel was above my expectations for a 2 star hotel. The room was very clean and either a new hotel or recently renovated. The staff was engaging and very friendly. A shout out to Marie in the buffet breakfast. She went out of her way to be helpful to me. Very clean. The buffet had good food and a lot of selections … even healthy choices.

Nothing. I would stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express hotel and suites. The hotel was very clean and hot breakfast was delicious with a lot to choose from. The staff was accommodating and polite. The location was in a good location and easy for me to get where I needed to go.

The only thing I had an issue with is the price. It was very costly. I don’t know if the prices were more because it was homecoming weekend or if it’s just the price of the property. I paid $888 for 3 nights.

Firstly the staff, Vincent, Phillip and the kitchen staff. The room was clean, well maintained the complimentary breakfast and coffee was excellent.

My husband said it smelled of my hair spray! Very roomy! Just wish the bed was a little softer! Also, they checked us in early, amazing! The front office worker that afternoon and the next morning beautifully amazing and kind!

The bed and the fact we had a couple in a different room, the toilet got clogged, and they handed them the plunger! That's not ok!

We stay at this location all the time. We take family trips here 3 or 4 tiimes a year. Sometimes it could be up to 7 or 8 couples at once. The location is amazing for the places we like to go for example Walmart, Mall, Casino, and our favorite restaurants.

Breakfast was completely wiped out in the morning. The entire breakfast area was full of visitors waiting 30 plus minutes for coffee and food. Very disappointed to say the least. We had to leave and find a nearby restaurant to have breakfast.

The room was modern, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

Shower stall was too small. I kept hitting my arm on the shower control. Although the room was nice I would not recommend for romantic stay. No way to shower with your significant other. Lastly, The layout of the room was odd with the entrance to the bathroom facing the bed and not the entrance hallway.

The staff was wonderful. Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We would come back just because of the staff.

The sheet on one of the beds was not clean. It had a stain on it. To be fair, I didn't call to complain because we arrived at night and it was 11pm by the time we turned down the sheet and noticed the problem.
