room=good/quiet 8th floor breakfast=only ate at cafe in rear of casino because it was the only location open before 8am. bed=mattress was lumpy and slid off the frame easily this was 1 of 2 consecutive reservations. the 1st night had a spectacular view of the race track.
we didn't like that there weren't other early choices for breakfast. we opted to spend money at offsite Country Eatery. we didn't like the fact that we had to move to another room because the mgr told us Nascar had a block of rooms. the choices for dinner were limited, costly and not the American cuisine we expect. we ate dinner offsite.

We enjoyed the casino ALOT. My husband and I had so much fun this weekend. They also have SO MANY SLOTS to choose from like an obscene amount so you never get tired of them. We enjoyed the food even though it was expensive which can be expected when you eat in the casino but don’t you worry your little heart out there are PLENTY of fast food places and restaurants around if you would like to save some Pennies for the slots. We thought it was awesome that the draft beer was only $3 which I’m not sure where you’re from but where we are from that is UNHEARD OF! All of the staff that we came across during our stay were very polite and friendly from the hotel to the restaurants to the bars it is definitely worth the experience and money(as long as you don’t spend too much lol) I would rate our whole experience a 10/10 for sure we will definitely be back!
The only thing we didn’t really love is the fact that not one restaurant is extra expensive inside which I feel like would be normal. I mean steakhouses are generally expensive anyways but ALL of them equally just as expensive. I feel like you have to give people variations in prices otherwise they won’t spend any money with the restaurants inside which as a business I would think thats what you would want just saying 🤷♀️ but otherwise everything was FANTASTIC!

My original booking was for me and my spouse in a room with 2 double beds. She took ill before the trip so it was just me who stayed at the hotel and the front desk clerk was gracious enough to switch me to a room with one bed. Front desk was very accommodating, professional, and courteous. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The shower head flow could not be adjusted and the stream was needle sharp and actually painful. Suggest they be replaced with newer flow adjustable shower heads.

The restaurant Joe Longo. The breakfast was great. The dinner restaurant food was unbelievable!
I sure missed having lunch sitting at the windows overlooking the racetrack. That buffet was always a treat. Inside the casino is a bar. Since I left my ID upstairs in my room I didn’t have any proof I was 72. So my boyfriend used his ID and bought my drink. He got me a Makers Mark bourbon and ginger ale. He was charged 8 dollars. The next night I had my ID and was charged $9. Are they making up the prices as they go along. They weren’t super busy but busy.

The hotel staff was very professional. I enjoyed the comfort of the room.
I had dinner at the sugar shack. I ordered a turkey club sandwich and a cup of coffee. The coffee was not good, and I ordered a Pepsi instead. An hour after dinner. I was very sick with nausea and diarrhea. I felt sick all night and the next day also. I think I may have gotten food poisoning. It's the only food I ate all day. They must be mindful of cross contamination.

Our favorite place to stay for Valentine's Day. We liked the food and got lucky at the blackjack tables; but we fell in LOVE with the comfort & hospitality. The friendly parking staff, helpful concierge & knowledgeable front desk staff are the best in the industry. The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable too. (Also very accessible, using cane, rollator walker, or wheelchair and concierge has chairs & mobility scooters available for guests to use). I wish there was a coffee shop in lobby, BUT, the hotel store in the lobby, is run by the nicest person, &she has a good selection of cold bottled drinks & snacks. Five stars all the way!

Cleanest hotel rooms in the country. Comfortable beds, extra roomy living space, giant bathrooms, all of which are accessible with my walker and wheel chair. I love the tubs; they are large enough and clean enough to soak in. _ THIS, is my favorite place to stay. _The quiet & efficient cleaning staff are the best. _The concierge are all SO helpful; with my medical limitations, it would be hard for me to stay, without all of their help- checking in and out and help with my walker or anything I need during my stay. And last but definitely not least, the friendly & knowledgeable front desk staff. All of these great folks, make this place a true home away from home.

The place is beautiful. We were driving through and needed a place for the night. We got a good deal and the staff was very professional and sweet. I wish we had more time to check things out. I do not know much about the area but we plan on making a trip back to hopefully see a horse race.
My room view was of the roof top facing the parking lot. Not much for a view on that side but most hotels do not have great views all the way around. Someone has to get the parking lot view :)

Did not get breakfast but the room was very nice a little bit of mold in the room which I reported it but other than that the room was awesome 👍
Well I guess I could say there's really nothing I can really say bad about the room are the place where we stayed everybody was very friendly except for the people that cleans the rooms they need to clean a little bit better because the room I stayed in had mold in it

Gorgeous Room, Excellent staff manners. Great Price for a beautiful room.
I did not like that when I checked in I needed to give $100 deposit on my CC, after the room was already paid for in full. When I did not have a form of cc on me I was told I would loose the room and the full amount I had paid for it. That did not seem fair to me. I drove 45 min and came back 15 minutes before the given time to check in, 8pm. I had been there since 4pm so I did come back with my CC and they charged me the $100 hold fee. Had I been told upfront they required this I would not have had to travel there, back home and then back once again to the Casino. That was very disappointing
