Didn't plan on spending night in Dover, DE. Looked for a relatively inexpensive hotel with a breakfast, also needed some positive reviews- which it had. Drive an expensive 2 seater, felt safe parking outside reception, car was fine. Room was very nice: comfortable bed; good ac; no ambient noise; clean room/bathroom. Breakfast was surprisingly good, had expected a couple donuts and coffee given the price point. Breakfast included pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, muffins, apple juice, milk and big cookie to top it off- kudos. Receptionist gentlemen was super friendly, professional and smiled during the entire process- good for him.

For price point, nothing.

What I liked about the property is that it was mostly clean and the room was amazing. The manager was also amazing and assisted us with all our questions and concerns.

I didn’t like the fact the pool wasn’t open and was told it wasn’t going to be any time soon. Also the continental breakfast area smelled of mildew. Also with that breakfast started at 7:30 and by 8:45 they were pretty much out of everything.

Firstly when I get there I called the front desk for help as I am disabled, a gentleman named Patrick came out immediately to assist me. He was very kind to get me a wheelchair and after checking in, he took me along with my stuff straight to the room. I truly appreciated that moment and felt so comfortable and safe.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The room was indeed beautiful, clean and the location of my room allowed me to park outside of it.

Breakfast, good parking lot, everything u need is in the room, like microwave, electric iron and machines in the corridor

The staff will not pick their calls, in the morning of 3/5/25, the staff was very rude and aggressive to me when I tried to get my deposit back, he didn’t want to give me back my money.

I didn't have breakfast since it started well after I had to leave for work everyday. It could be served earlier.

1. My door closer to the room door was very noisy. 2. The restaurant on site I could not use, although their bar was good!

The location of this hotel is a short walk to the racetrack which was our purpose of being there! The check in process was very smooth! We enjoyed the comfy beds. The hotel looked clean.

Breakfast could've been better. We felt the rates could have been a bit more reasonable.

The staff was professional and polite & the room was clean & neat.

Some areas of the building could stand upgrading and the tub is dark on the bottom needs whitening. I don't know if this is the case for all rooms.

The room was clean and exceptionally nice. Staff were nice and pleasant. They answered any questions I had. It was quiet.

I can't say anything about what I didn't like because everything was really good. No complaints.

I didn't eat any breakfast while I was there. But my stay was wonderful.

The Wi-Fi was horrible, you didn't have no Lipton Black Tea, and no hot water machine.
