If you have a laptop and need to connect to the internet, you first have to call an IT specialist with Marriott. This has to happen every time you stay at a Marriott property. The call takes about 30 minutes. I was unaware of this new process. I lost an entire day of productivity as a result. The front desk staff gave me the IT specialist phone number after I told them I needed internet access with my laptop. I guess it slipped the front staff’s mind when we checked in.

The facility is exceptionally clean and in great condition. The rooms are well sized with beautiful decor. The entire facility smells clean. The bed and bedding are comfortable. The free breakfast is fresh and offers something for even the most picky of eaters. The staff are friendly and courteous.

breakfast was good. Treat to get a quiche. Never had one at hotel breakfast. Manager was excellent and staff was helpful and cordial.

Everything was good. I observed the staff and they were so attentive to detail. They were squeaky clean. Just remembered that I did seen to get the sickening scent of dog presence, although I was told it was pet friendly but he rooms were separate.

We didn’t realize that they don’t clean the room every day. So we had to request clean towels. We forgot to ask for more coffee! Other than that, the room was nice and clean.

Immaculate accommodations. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the location, to the breakfast, to the accessibility to everything local. I could go on and on but it was just spectacular!!

It’s a great place to stay while in Dover, DE. It’s clean. It never price gouges like most of the other stays in Dover do. It’s safe. Adequate, well-lit parking that is free. Very attentive staff that see to your every need.

Absolutely nothing

The check-in and check-out was very easy. The facility was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items.
