We were in room 100 right off the lobby & next to the ice machine. Surprisingly with few exceptions the noise level was minimal during our 4 night stay. Getting in & out of the hotel was convenient. Breakfast had a more limited menu than many places but was fine for our stay. Never went hungry in the morning. The bed was very comfortable.

Although we only heard disruptive noise outside our room in the hall & lobby infrequently, we heard a lot from the adjoining room in the way of music playing & kids being loud. Fortunately, with kids the noise ended before our own time to go to sleep.

Located next to a Dunkin Donuts.

Breakfast didn’t start until 7am. Heck, I’m up at and working two hours by then.

I like the staff. I also enjoyed my breakfasts and .... kudos to the lady who has done a phemominal job of keeping up with the food items as they are steadily depleted. She's a ball of fire. I remembered her from years ago as she's serviced the kitchen since 2009. She's irreplaceable!

I noticed a fair amount of dust accumulated on the air conditioning/ heating grate. That should be looked into and cleaned out

Location was great for being between beaches. The room was large and clean, perfect for our family of 5. Breakfast was decent. Overall, a good value! Next time, we'll stay longer.

Traffic jam right in front of the entrance/exit to the hotel. It was consistent both days, making it difficult to get on the road.

Breakfast was fine

wish there were towel bars in bathroom . Even though this was no a handicap room there should be a bar to steady your self in shower. Would very much have liked outside seating.

I didn't eat breakfast their, but when I came in on Wednesday the the 19th between 11 and 12 the lady at the desk was so helpful and very respectful also she made me laugh. And I want to thank her, the room was clean ans I'll definitely stay again ty

What's not to like.

I like that it was located 10 min from Sports in the beach . I was in the middle of fast food , walmart, across the street (Blvd) Royal farms gas station / best dag fried chicken sooo fresh

everything was cool..Didn’t want to say but corporate could invest some money on the eye candy side so modernizing would help but it was soo clean in my room I didn’t complain

Beds were comfy. Staff was amazing, super friendly. Breakfast was good.

Lack of parking, our room smelled a little like smoke but was a non smoking room.

Employees were fantastic & bed was comfortable.....

The cleanliness could be better especially in the rooms. The vending machines could have better selections or have an area to purchase from front desk like other new hotels. Smells could be reduced by cleaning better.

it was close and convenient.

No security at night and people hanging out drinking and drug activity near the back. police had to be called. need security. Room was a little beat up. needs some TLC
