The staff was very friendly and informative and the suite was lovely. I loved the kitchenette and the pool was the perfect temp. Breakfast was better than some I have had and not as good as others so I was able to find something I could eat every morning.

The pool needed a good deep cleaning, although I have seen much worse, and the hand soap dispenser was falling of the wall in my bathroom (adhesive was letting lose). Other than that there were only some minor cleaning things that anyone who has to clean multiple rooms a day would probably miss.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great.

When I arrived at 1 pm on a Thursday in the off season, it was clear that the hotel was quiet / not busy. I went to the front desk with hopes I could drop my bags into my room and change. I was told my room was ready but would have to pay $25 to get into it at that time. I completely understand charging extra for early check in when you are busy or when housekeeping needs to make special accommodations to have a room ready early. But that was not the case at all. I was pretty disappointed to have to sit and wait for an hour, for really no reason, especially as a Hilton Honors Rewards member that always chooses your hotels over the others.

We loved the layout and size of the room, the soaps and lotion smelled amazing, and the lobby and breakfast were great.

Our room smelled slightly of vomit covered up with a linen air freshener. We recommend doing a good floor cleaning. It seemed worse near the rug to kitchen transition like someone tried making it to the bathroom but wasn't able to. The air was difficult to control and even though we had it on the lowest AC setting, it still was typically a few degrees higher and wouldn't turn on until we manually did it, so I had to get up a couple times in the night, especially the first night, to turn it down.

O my goodness! Let me just say that the staff was over the top welcoming! We met Destiny Thompson and she made our entire trip spectacular and such an awesome family experience. So many complimentary items upon arrival. Gave me kids snacks. Made sure we didn’t need anything. Checked the room temperatures of the gym and pool the pool was salt water and warm it was just the perfect size lots of space to sit and had plugs to charge my phone. The gym was perfect had variety of equipment and cables and weights. There was a beautiful fireplace sitting area and an elaborate dog park right outside. There was a coffee tea hot chocolate bar complimentary clean n filled at all times. There also was fruit water which I really enjoyed and unlimited water while we were there. The free breakfast in the morning blew any hotel out of the park. Giant buffet all kinds of breakfast sandwiches omelette and waffles cereal parfaits bagels juices and chocolate milk Staff was over the top cooking and prepping and help serving us it was so amazing the room was great had two beds n pull out couch shower was awesome I didn’t need to pack anything full kitchen dishwasher they gave us everything u need soap towels toiletries everything full fridge n freezer Big room temperature was cozy lots extra pillows and blankets changing closet if u needed privacy cable was easy tv was easy to use n Wi-Fi was excellent my son played his Xbox I can’t wait to go back

I can’t say anything bad about the property but call them directly and book they offer discounts and will beat any rate! My mistake next time will be calling Destiny directly :)

We arrived in Lewes the day after Christmas. We had a rough holiday due to my mother being sick and mother in law in the hospital so we were really looking forward to just two days away to relax and have fun. This might seem long but you’ll see my point shortly. Prior to check in we went to a local brewery and then went for lunch. We were excited about going to this seafood restaurant as we had been to its sister one in the past. Sadly the bartender was not remotely friendly or pleasant so we cut our lunch short due to her attitude. It was disappointing. So we decided to head to the hotel and check in. That’s when the tables turned. We arrived to Cletus (apologize if not spelled correctly) and WHAT A JOY!! He was smiling and friendly- he had Holiday Spirit. We as well talked to him later that night and same great personality and care. We enjoyed good food, drinks, and shopping in town and it’s probably not often that you hear a hotel representative is one of the highlights of a weekend like this but he was. This is always personal choice, so we know you can’t make everyone happy, but our bed was sooo sof and mushy that we didn’t get much sleep either night.

The continental breakfast exceeded any complimentary breakfast that we've ever experienced. The food was hot, fresh and there were many dietary options, including gluten free. There were also kid friendly options. The dining area was clean and well stocked.

While our entire stay was excellent and we would recommend it to all of our family and friends, we would only like to see more streaming options available for entertainment. We would've enjoyed signing into our accounts while we were in our room.

Staff was fantastic - the site and room was incredibly clean which was appreciated. A short drive to everything we needed or wanted from restaurants to shops to the beach to other family-friendly fun.

Breakfast was just shy of perfect. For example- the waffles in particular didnt taste great but the toppings helped. Also wasnt a plus for us to have dogs everywhere but not a dealbreaker

Hotel close to shopping, attractions and good food! Breakfast was hot and delicious with a great assortment of fresh fruits, yogurt and other options including cold and hot cereal and waffle making station which was a hit with our 17 and 7 year old children!

There was a glitch in the system that resulted in our room being assigned as it was believed to have been cleaned and ready but wasn't. Although it was addressed and resolved by the manager it wasn't great sitting around the lobby after spending longer than usual in traffic! So it was semi-negative turned positive as it was handled well by the staff!

Very convenient to the beach and all of the best activities in the area. Cletis was super helpful and was there every evening if our stay and answered.many of our questions. We appreciate his patience. We love how accommodating Home2Suites is for families with pets. All of the other guests seem to love each other's pets too which is fun.

The bed sagged a bit and we rolled a bit to the center, but honestly, that was a very small matter considering all the other conveniences the hotel provides. We will be back.
