The Decor is warm and beautiful, really just a comfortable, wonderful place to stay. The staff is amazing, friendly and inviting. The evening reception treats are just icing on the cake. An awesome place to stay, I’d recommend any and everyone looking for a place to stay in Rehoboth to make this hotel your first stop, you WON’T be disappointed!

Really nothing, but if I had to pick something it would be parking. You can only register one car and our daughter was driving down late in the evening but she couldn’t park in the hotel garage. It was no big deal we just met her outside. There was always parking across from the hotel.

From the moment you walk into the lobby, you know you are going to have an exceptional stay. The staff throughout the hotel (front office, housekeeping and restaurant) are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The decor throughout the hotel is gorgeous and our room was large and comfortable. Linens, robes, and bedding are soft and amenities, in general, very upscale. Breakfast was phenomenal with tons of choices and a wonderful staff. On site parking was convenient and so appreciated. Hotel is just a few blocks from beach with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. There is no doubt that my husband and I will stay at this divine, family owned boutique hotel every time we visit Rehoboth Beach!

The property was beautiful and well maintained and the staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful!! The rooms were very clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the hotel staff were so kind to all of us. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was easily the best I’ve had. Then underground parking garage was easy to access and the hotel is within walking distance (a few blocks down) from the beach. We were all very impressed!!

Beautiful property, staff was very nice and welcoming. We were there to race marathon and dining room was opened early to accommodate runners. There was a wine and cheese hour and turn down service each night and a cookie before bed in the lobby. Parking was under hotel-so covered and easy to get to. Location was perfect, just down the Main Street from boardwalk

Rooms were spacious and spotless. Great location in safe area. Included breakfast was wonderful with made to order items. Wine and cheese in lobby every evening, followed by chocolate chip cookies! Turndown service nightly with Lindt chocolates. Pleasant, friendly staff. Free, safe parking underground or behind hotel. Walkable to restaurants, bar, beach, boardwalk. Loved this facility. A beautiful, well-run charming boutique hotel. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

Absolutely nothing! Wish we could have stayed longer!

I loved the staff. They were all friendly and accommodating, and it all felt genuine. The feel of the entire hotel was relaxed, well-tended and comfortable. Although we didn't end up using it, the shuttle was a nice bonus. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

I have only two small complaints. I wish the shuttle went a little later than 6pm. Also, the TV was difficult (not intuitive) to control with the remote, and it was slow to respond. One other little thing, when I asked for an 11:30 am checkout, staff at check-in said it would be OK, but the woman at check out initially said no. When I said we'd been told it was OK at check in, she relented and let us stay until 11:30. Because it was just a half hour at issue, and because of the elevated status of this hotel, I thought it was made too big an issue. You want customers leaving with the best feeling about your facility.

Transportation to the beach was the best. Breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. My family enjoyed the hotel and the amenities.

I have a bad back, I didn’t ask for a handicap toilet. I found it difficult to get down to the toilet. Every hotel has the same standard toilets but I have modified my toilet to raise the height of the toilet seat.

This hotel was perfect for our needs; a spacious room, good air conditioning, in-room coffee as well as coffee in the lobby and breakfast included, served at the restaurant immediately adjacent to the hotel. There is also wine and cheese in the late afternoon, chocolate chip cookies at night and even a complementary shuttle service to the beach. We did not use the small outdoor swimming pool on the second floor.

This was our second trip there for the Flack Friday Shopping for my mother my sister and I. The woman at the front desk with the red hair went over and above to help us. It is so easy to drop our luggage off in the room and go down free wine and cheese at 5:30 eat at the Italian restaurant (which was fantastic) come back to the room and get up to the delicious breakfast and start the next day. We will be back next year!

The television was hard to work. There needs to be some directions in the room on how to work it

Breakfast was good both days that we were there. The person who drove the golf cart to take us and pick us up from the beach was very accommodating. His name was Eddie. He helped us take the chairs to the beach and when it came time to return he picked them up and took them back. He was extremely helpful and patient He helped me to get on and off the cart by having a step stool and assisted me with getting on and off of the cart. All of staff I met greeted me kindly . All in all it was an very good visit and I will return.
