Nothing the Receptionist was very nasty he made it seem like I was lying until I showed him my confirmation info

I drove 22 hours just for them to say they didn't have my Reservations for the rooms and even after I showed him the email he stsaid they didn't have any more rooms mind you they took $426 out of my account to hold the 2 rooms smh never again the tried to mess my birthday weekend up but went 15 minutes away and found a better hotel and the cost was $50 cheaper

I love Everyone!! Rose in the kitchen is amazing she truly goes above and beyond to accommodate anyone who has certain special food needs… Anastasia and Brain are truly just the friendliest and kindest front desk people I have come across in years!! They have a great housekeeping staff aswell, the ladies are always so quickly to handle any needs that you have without any issues!! 5 Star for sure !!

wish they had different breakfast varieties! especially Turkey products and I wish they served bacon on weekends too!

Staff was great, was able to call them for fresh towels since we did not have housekeeping come in one day and they were very nice. Quiet hotel, bed was super comfy! Blackout shades were fantastic! I hate struggling with hotel curtains and was glad to see i didnt have to worry about it at all. Well done IHG!

A few mornings, the pancake machine was shut off during breakfast hours. Also, Maybe a menu board for each day since i know they change it up from sausage to bacon, to biscuits and gravy, etc

All staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Our room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Some bath towels were too old, they should be replaced.

They were available to accommodate at the very last second. I love how decorative the toilet paper rolls were. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Easy access to highway, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, good water pressure in the shower. Very clean! Overall a great stay. Friendly front desk staff.

Very clean, staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the beds are very comfortable and breakfast was a plus with a wide variety of options!

The hotel was conveniently located, main route and near many restaurants and stores. At the same time the hotel sat back off the road separate from any plaza so it was a quiet setting. The interior appeared new and clean. Our room had a lovely spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The towels and bed linens were so soft and of high quality. The room’s furniture was modern with convenient storage, nice hooks for coats, and wide shelf to accommodate luggage at an easy height off the floor.

I only wish there was free drinking water available in bottles or from a cooler.
