I booked this hotel because my child and I needed a place to stay for a family wedding. The location turned out to be extremely convenient not only for the venue but for stores and restaurants as well. The hotel was very clean and up to date. Staff was extremely courteous and the ability to grab breakfast in the mornings was an added bonus! Our room wasn't huge but was plenty big enough for us and pleasantly decorated. I really appreciated the size of the shower with the adjustable shower head! We were very busy and didn't have an opportunity to check out the amenities so I cannot speak to how nice the indoor pool or fitness room are but everything else was great for the price.

My complaint isn't even really a complaint...it was too quiet lol. I've never stayed at a hotel that was this quiet before. I actually had difficulty sleeping because there wasn't any noise at all. The heat/air unit was quiet, everything was quiet. I guess if I really wanted to raise a fuss it would be over the pillows...they weren't the best and went flat easily but at least each bed had 3 of them!

Courtyard Marriott is the only Hotel I can actually fall asleep in. The Bedding is so Wonderful and bed so soft. I will never stay at any other Hotel chain no matter what state I travel to. This is definitely true due to my traveling alone, which is scary. I felt very secure.

I genuinely have no complaints. But then again I am very low maintenance. If I had to come up with something to complain about, it would be they ran out of coffee stirrers in the lobby, but even then they went and found me a straw.

This one particular lady that serves the breakfast area: She is a gem! While I could see how busy she was, she came over to my table to make sure all was ok. That little piece of detail is very important for customers!

For a Marriott, it should be upping their game. My bed had 4 different pillows (!) and the sofa chair was with food stains and dust!

Late check in was smooth. Front desk person made it quick and easy! I had questions that were answered!

No complimentary breakfast, that would have been appreciated. Thought the breakfast was high, and not that great. Young lady preparing it was sweet, but didn't care for the food at all.

I liked the location. It was central to everything I was doing this weekend.

Nothing, no complaints.. My only issue would be my room wasn’t cleaned. I’m getting used to hotels not changing the towels but my rooms weren’t cleaned at all.

No continental breakfast, only a cafe’ to purchase food. Also, I was unable to stay both nights so I had to check out on Saturday. I was still charged the full price.

That the price was more than double the typical price. I get there was lacrosse event in area but .ore than double was excessive and nothing extra provided.

Location was excellent, very convenient. Room was large and comfortable but showing some age. We were three women (all family) and did not feel crowded at all. The room location was quiet despite being just above the hotel front entrance and next to an ice machine.

The bathroom was functional but could use an updated tub/shower and sink. It also needs a bathroom fan and new towels.

friendly staff, helpful. front desk guy tried to figure out why the pool wasn’t very warm. when it was supposed to be heated. he didn’t ignore you or push it off like most people. even came all the way up stairs when i couldn’t get my key card to work.
