We had a lovely stay. The hotel and room was very clean. The amenities met our needs for this trip. Location of the hotel was very convenient to shopping and restaurants........................................................

Breakfast would have been better if they restocked. Two of the four days we went to breakfast an hour before the close of breakfast and about 10% of the items were available. We were there for 20 minutes and not one person showed up to replenish anything.

The price is good. The location for where we were heading was good. The shower stalls are awesome.

The sink being outside the bathroom in general is weird, makes washings ones hands before touching anything...well you know. The hot breakfast, while a nice idea is lacking. The sausage is cold and not the best quality and the eggs, taste powdered. The danishes are a saving factor though.

The hotel is under new ownership and it is being completely remodeled from head to toe. The improvements to date are beautiful. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

I wasn't able to eat breakfast because there were no gluten-free options. Due to the construction, the breakfast area was closed, and there were minimal options to choose from, but at least they were offering something for those who weren't GF!

When we first arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming! They even asked us what floor we would prefer our room since we were going to be there for a few days. They also recommended a couple restaurants locally. Our room was nice and clean for the most part! Definitely went above my expectations based on other reviews. I will be staying here in the future if I go back to the area! The location of the hotel was perfect - super close to everything! Definitely recommend!

The entire hotel visit was extremely amazing! COREY-the young lady at the front desk was such a pleasant person. Not only did she inform me about the hotel she also gave suggestions for me for food that I definitely was appreciative for! She was my first impression of the hotel and she nailed it!! The room was spic and span clean and the esthetics were amazing! Great hotel!

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable

Analog TV sucked, BUT the 2 floors of the hotel are being renovated, and staff said they will be adding cable TV in March.

It was a great price and great location

Only one washer and dryer and it did not get my clothes very clean, I had to wait for another guest to dry her load over 4 times to be able to use the dryer and then I had to do multiple loads to get my clothing to dry.

What I liked about the property was there was a young man name Chase he was the bomb. He should be one of the managers.

What I didn’t like about the property was the assistant manager checked us out a day early and of course I was not there only the girlfriend was and it was like pulling teeth to get them to give her another car because they screwed up

I had a great stay with the staff being very friendly and the rooms were very good. Clean, amenities and very good breakfast in the morning. Also, having an availability for coffee almost 24/7 is a huge plus for me. Great location for my business and travels, as well.

I really liked the small size of the room for 1 person. Most places I've stayed at have such high beds I need a ladder to get up in the bed. The bedding was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep.

The room where breakfast was is much too small. Too many tables crammed into a small space and barely enough room for more than 4 people in there at a time. I also couldn't quite get the air to work well at night.
