This is by far the nicest well organized motel we have stayed at in years for a mid priced motel. From the moment booking it on booking.com and calling front desk to reconfirm our room fantastic service. It was cheerful at desk and pleasantly decorated and our room was exactly what we booked. It was spotless in the whole room. Everything was in excellent working condition. The bathroom was fully handicapped accessible. The bed was comfortable and iron and ironing board was in working order as hairdryer and TV. Very ,very pleased and will be back again. Very helpful.

Loved everything

We got there a night early and tried to and the night through booking.com but had no luck so I had to go ahead and purchase another night through booking.com in another room when we arrive. D, they upgraded us to the original room that we had already purchased at the hotel. So props to the hotel, it was a great place to stay. They took care of our problems when booking.com could not.

I did not like the fact that I call booking.com literally to add another night and they had no luck doing this. I actually had to go online and just book another night. And I couldn't get the same room for the price that I had gotten it originally so I had to get a different room but the hotel took care of this. Thank you, comfort inn.

upon arriving we were greeted by Daisy she was very nice and checked us in our room was nice and clean thanks to Ruth Ann we ended up staying a extra day and Daisy set us up

We were a bit disappointed in the breakfast first day it said we were to have cheese omelets there were no cheese omelets only some with pepper and onions, not good for someone who can't eat too spicey foods, the next morning there wasn't any sausage or omlets or potatoes we asked they said they were making more potatoes had onions and peeper in them wish they would have been on the side sausage came out it was good but we never saw any eggs didn't seem as if the workers cared

On our motorcycle trip from Richmond Virginia to the Grand Canyon and back, we have really lucked out on great places to stay and our night at the Comfort Inn Poplar Bluff was no exception! The staff is warm and welcoming. The lobby is tidy. Our room was spacious and clean. The pressure in the shower could have been a little better, but it was hot. Lots of TV channels were available. BEST beds and pillows! I don't think I moved all night, once my head hit that pillow. Best sleep ever. There's a generous free breakfast with eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, breads, muffins, oatmeal, cereals, juices. Also, check out the awesome restaurant right next door, Bread & Butter. It's within walking distance. Several other restaurants are also close by. If you are in this area and need to lay your head, look no further! 5 stars!

Location was perfect for us. The staff was friendly

A lot of running back and forth for ice and water machine. Ice on first floor at one end of the hotel, snack machine on first floor at other end of the hall, and machine with water on second floor.

Breakfast was okay. Always love the waffle maker and plenty of juice.

The omelet options weren't ideal. It is misleading to have the menu posted at the desk because it does make it sound way fancier than it was. I didn't like that the front desk clerk was also managing the breakfast because things weren't refilled or kept as fresh as they could have been.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, parking lot well lit. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone.

Breakfast wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t the worst either. I didn’t leave hungry and it was free. I have had better free breakfast at other hotels though. It wasn’t bad enough to go pay for breakfast elsewhere.

The facilities were well kept and clean. We were thankful after having had a bad experience before going there. Traveling with dogs is challenging and they were awesome. They didn’t charge an extra fee and were welcoming.

We’ve stayed here other times. It was clean, comfortable, good location, and a friendly staff like always. I chose it over all the others in PB.

I was a little put off that I checked availability and price on Wednesday night but it had gone up $13 when I booked it Thursday!! It was still available but cost more???!!!

I received great customer service from Hannah at the front desk! Modern room with convenient USB charging ports, small refrigerator with freezer for ice packs and a large TV. There are lots of restaurants and shopping just a short drive from the hotel.
