breakfast was great staff very friendly and accommodating to everything. having a pool was nice too! absolutely enjoyed our stay despite the issues we had.

on Saturday we had to clean out the pool ourselves before we could swim, it had so many leaves & trash it was ridiculous. spending over $700 for our stay & a guest has to clean our the pool irritated me the most. our AC was not cold enough. We were sweating every night even just under the 2 flat sheets so that kind of sucked & the beds were a lil too firm. overall tho GREAT place to stay & if we come back to vegas we will.

I have stayed in this hotel in the past and there was no question to where to go being back in Las Vegas. This time I got a room upgrade and it was awesome and unexpected! Anyway, bed comfortable as usual, a lot of space and good breakfast. The parking is not close with a gate but it is ok and area looks quite calm. You can either drive to the strip or take an Uber or public transport. Breakfast was good as I remembered. Easy to reach and not affected at all by the city centre traffic. Staff is always very gentle!

If I can give a suggestion, I would have liked to find more fresh fruit options in the breakfast buffet

I used my CashApp debit card to reserve and pay for my booking. There was a little hiccup during check-in, with the staff saying they didn’t accept that form of payment because it’s a “prepaid” card. I explained that the funds were in my account and that I would pretty much be screwed if my booking fell through, since I was traveling with children. They were happy to accept my form of payment after they contacted management. They advised me that booking.com won’t warm customers about that issue and that it’s a common occurrence. Other than that, my family and I had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return!

nice size refrigerator, easy to use temperature controls on the AC, double window curtains, very adequate little appliances necessary (ironing, hair dryer, coffee machine). breakfast bar.

the chair to sit and watch tv reflected long use, with clear signs of wear. The shower curtain kept sliding and exposing the wall to the shower, causing unnecessary wetness on the floor, and damage to the wall paint. I expressed this concern to the office clerk at the time and explained the reason as an engineering faulty design: First, the curtain rod support brackets are not adequate for the curtain rod to stand at the twisting factor of the wet curtain causing it to sag in the middle, and thus, preventing the curtain from covering the wall. To add to this fault, the bathroom door does not have a stop, which when the door opens all the way, hits the curtain rod, thus weakening the support brackets.

Good quality basic hotel, that was clean and in good condition. Close to the airport, we had room that looked out to the runways, not too much noise though. Small swimming pool although we didn't use it Plenty of free parking spaces Check out was 12pm with options' to pay for later

Breakfast was acceptable, but hot choice was limited to scrambled egg patties, sausage, waffles and toast, Not an issue to us as we were flying out the next day and we knew when booking, but it is a reasonable distance from the Strip.

Breakfast ! The pool was a nice touch my boys loved it ! Coffee 24 hours with actual creamer options was a treat!

I didn’t like that they don’t accept cash app as a payment ! I flew in at midnight with my two kids and pregnant and then got a nasty front desk guy with a ponytail who had no remorse and just kept saying it has to be a bank card .. well ok thank God I had a friend there I could transfer money too and keep my reservation! Ended up speaking with the manager who was great ! Besides the cranky front desk guy it was ok :/

Everything went smoothly. The front staff person Christine (a) was awesome and helpful. The location was perfect and we appreciated airport shuttle. The complementary breakfast was no better or worse than other similar places with the usual suspects being offered. Hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our in room double hot tub after a week of hiking. I would recommend and will definitely stay again.

Could not find shuttle at airport. I think it was waiting for us but with all the shuttles there waiting for people it was too confusing. Instructions how to find the shuttle or better signage or maybe the driver outside with a sign? I am not sure what to suggest to make this better. We ended up in a taxi and the shuttle arrived back when we were checking in so it must have been there waiting and they also wasted a trip so it was not beneficial for either of us. The bed seems really old. I The shuttle driver the next morning from the airport was wonderful and I really hope he is highly valued as an employee.

I broke the fibula on a hike before arriving at the hotel! When I got there, right after a hospital visit, the two ladies at the reception (unfortunately, I don’t know their names) were great, helping me with everything, including taking my bags to the room as I was with crutches and couldn’t walk. On the next day, Tereza, at breakfast, saw me arriving on crutches and told me to sit down and got me everything I wanted from the buffet. These team I would definitely want for my company! Great customer service and empathy! My room was great (king room suite) and so was breakfast.

I left at 4AM to the airport. I called the reception and asked for help with my bags! I was able to carry them to the elevator, and I would need assistance from the elevator to the lobby. Jason told me he was doing something at the computer and wouldn’t be able to help. Lucky me a guest was arriving and saw me at the elevator trying to carry the bags to the lobby and helped me. Also the driver of the shuttle to the airport (4am Nov 22) never looked at me, didn’t greet me or asked if he could help. The crew of Southwest, who was also leaving to the airport, helped me with the bags, and to get inside the shuttle. Btw, the driver didn’t greet the crew either.

We got a really large room on the 2nd floor looking out over the airport. No great aircraft noise. Separate living room with small kitchenette and bedroom, so lots of space. Everywhere was clean. Pretty good breakfast. Close to airport and a large Walmart superstore.

Aircon was very noisy, and it was so hot in Las Vegas, you had to keep them on. Decor and furnishings now quite dated in the rooms, and theregore now in need of a refresh.
