Number of bed accommodations. Lazy river and palm tree decor. Quiet. Drive away from things we wanted to do in Vegas.

No posted rules and inconsistent rules using lazy river and tubes. One female person after 2 days of use decided to start imposing her rules how you could sit on the tubes. Prior to that and same day other people were going backwards and leaving tubes in the river and no one said anything. Could use more on site dining options.

The restaurant was not good at all had our steak cooked wrong and then they gave us attitude the manger was not professional asked us if we wanted to talk to the chef am like aren't you the manger we should of just went to a local restaurant but we wanted to try it out sadly

Location, Service and facilities were great,

When booking we were not told that additional charges equivilant to your stay would apply Daily .....i.e. we were charged for cleaning, use of site swiming pool etc. This should have been added on the notes when booking.

The room was OK, it's due for a makeover. The pools looked nice but it was cold so we were not interested.

I felt the price was very high for what we got.

Very clean, friendly staff and accessible to strip by shuttle.

The rooms didn’t have a lot of sunlight coming in. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

everything was pretty much convenient and on property. it wasn’t a hassle to ask if you needed something. we stayed in a jr suite so there was a lot of stuff that came with it already so that was a plus.

there should be an ice machine on every level, i don’t know if there was more but i didn’t feel like having to walk around to find one so the only one was on 1st floor and we were staying on the 5th. the fridge in our jr suite was not cold at all and couldn’t keep some perishable snacks because it would spoil. we stayed thurs-sun and by saturday whatever sodas/waters we kept in there were finally at a good cold temperature. also our check in on thursday was at 4 but we did arrive early at 3 so it was understandable so we did some errands since we were there for a wedding and came back at 4 and our room still wasn’t ready, didn’t get to unpack and relax until almost 5 so that was a big inconvenience since we been driving all day and wanted to relax.

The resort aspect was our favourite part about this property. It has lots of accessibility options and while that's not required for us it was nice to know in case this comes up in the future. The adult hot tub is great and pool area. Rooms were awesome! Also loved the coffee bar!

The proximity is a bit outside of the main strip and while that is a bonus, it would be nice if the hotel offered a shuttle to and from the airport, and/or possibly a stop or two more along the strip to accommodate visiting. We spent a lot of Uber costs because of how far apart everything was. Would be nice to have another food option for ordering outside of the standard hours. Denny's is nearby and open 24/7 but personally feel anything outside of breakfast isn't great.

I loved the lazy river, the 17 south restaurant was amazing, the room was clean and spacious, comfortable beds, staff of hotel was amazing, the resort is absolutely beautiful and relaxing i would definitely stay there again. The shuttle was amazing too.

Some outlets in the room didn't work, the lighting wasn't the best so made getting ready a little difficult, went threw the presentation for the time share decided I didn't want to buy it and they were really rude when they realized it wouldn't work so I would suggest not going threw with that. The verbal abuse was not worth the 200 I got.

The accommodation and facilities were good. Transportation to the city was good.

Check ins were a bit painful In spite of requesting for an early check in at 1 pm, we were only checked in at past 5 pm. Each time you wanted to enquire on status of the room, you had to get back in the queue, which only increased the people n the queue. Recommendations 1. Employ enough staff to deal with the rush. 2. Have a separate info desk for weary 'already checked in' traveler's to enquire on room status to keep the queues down 3. Provide later opening times for guests to buy soft drinks, snacks , beers etc - or even a vending machine - as the nearest store is a long walk away
