Location, Service and facilities were great,

When booking we were not told that additional charges equivilant to your stay would apply Daily .....i.e. we were charged for cleaning, use of site swiming pool etc. This should have been added on the notes when booking.

The room was OK, it's due for a makeover. The pools looked nice but it was cold so we were not interested.

I felt the price was very high for what we got.

Room was superb. Parking hard to find late at night. Shuttle to strip was so convenient. Loved the non feel of Vegas Casino, so perfect. Tower 2 elevator non-working. Manager (Filipino looking) was extremely warm and so welcoming! Concierge lady (Ahmar??) is nice and friendly but talked my ears off.

Pool closed early and tower 2 elevator kept getting stuck, other guests said it had a maximum capacity of 2 ppl.

I was very happy with the area the property is located and I love there it is not a casino. I think the property outdoors, is very well kept. Very pretty. I LOVE the BBQ area and option.

The mattress in our room was horrible. Mushy and old. The rooms could use some updating. The sinks didn’t drain properly. The iron leaking continuously when being used. We decided to utilize the BBQ meal option and we called to place out order at 11 am for that evening dinner. We were told you were already out of the steak, so we went ahead and chose the chicken. When we went down to get our food, we were told you were out of corn-on-the -cob. Also, you are given a meal to cook but nothing to cook the items with. Meaning: no butter or oil… No butter to eat with it rolls or the corn we were supposed to have had. It really needs to be planned out better. I love the idea in theory, but you really need to correct this when putting it to practice.

location room large balcony overlooking pool quite value for money staff friendly attractive setting lush gardens good transport connections into vegas and the strip......very laid back no stress no hassle just right condo perfect everything you needed felt like home would highly recommend just great best we have stayed at for peace....only thing is if they had mini supermarket that would help....but you can go to Smith down the road which is huge.....and buy anything.....Good value for money....and Shuttle bus.....into Strip.......Would go again........

You will be hard pressed to find better value for money than at Tahiti Village. We had two adjoining rooms, one with a suite layout with full kitchen and laundry and the second with a kitchenette. We had plenty of room for the three of us (three guys on a work trip) to spread out and have our own spaces. We enjoyed the hot tub and the late hours make it usable after coming in from a late dinner out. We also enjoyed the lazy river and main pool, though the lazy river was a tad cold. The location is excellent - just 2 miles south of the strip, it is very easy to get in and out. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

You can tell the resort is in the process of updates, renovation, and several major repairs. Tower 5 had significant water damage and active leaks in the hallway, all of which were clearly under repair. Some of the interior elements of the rooms (like trim, caulking, etc) are old and are peeling or cracking.

I stayed 3 wks, in two different rooms, in different buildings. The staff is great, all of them. The room furniture is ready to be replaced. The facility is clean. They clean the high-end gas grills every day. They power wash the walkways every week. If you need anything, they handle it. Great place for the family, very clean and safe.

Sometimes because it's so busy and it's such a big operation understandably the lack of communication about amenities not working or how long the hot water was going to be out of service

The property was beautiful, I just arrived late and left early so didn't get to enjoy it. The room was a suite and it was perfect, lots of outlets and very clean.

Getting to the parking area and into the room was a hassle. We had a lot of bags and were tired, it was a long trip to get to the room, but everything else was ok. Also, no coffee or breakfast. There was a Peets sign in the lobby but when I asked they said it isn't open yet (we left around 7 or 8am).

Room was great, generous space, comfortable and well kitted out! The place is also a haven from the chaos of the strip and the value for money is so much greater. We actually moved out of the Mandalay Bay which we found was definitely not kid friendly and moved to the Tahiti village which was excellent, great activities for kids all week, free inflatables for the lazy river, reasonable food and drinks prices, great self catering set up and close to shops, loved the BBQ area, kept the pool open late at night which my son LOVED, great wee beach and no blaring music which was a relief by comparison to other hotels!

Everything from check-in to check-out was absolutely amazing. You can tell that customer satisfaction is key here. Everyone was happy to help and was always smiling. The location is perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the strip. There are restaurants, shops and fine dining nearby and in walking distance. The room was unbelievable. I love a big tub, especially with jets to relax. There was a separate shower that had a steam option. There were double sinks and seating area between them. The bedroom was huge and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the full kitchen. Thus will be my new go-to location when I travel to Las Vegas.

There was one issue we encountered, and that was the air conditioner in the living room. We couldn't get it to cool down. At one point, it reached 85 degrees. We ended up just opening the sliding glass door and closing the shades, and that helped a lot. Outside of that, everything was wonderful, and I hated to leave.
