Good position inside town, all you need is around. Simple hotel, perfect for just sleeping there. Quite some places around to pickup breakfast from 7:30 on. If you have time, visit the Streetfood place and Hus Ingeborg!

Some place to dry the towel, this one is definitely missing. Cleaning was very thorough, same parts in my room were dropped although still needed. Parking lot (though paid) was not accessible one day due to cleaning of hotel facade.

Excellent location just in the center of the city. Very clean and comfortable with helpful personnel. Spar supermarket right in front of hotel's entrance.

Rooms sound proofing was not that good and neighbour rooms could easily be heard. There was a problem with handwash basin which hotel didn't have personel to solve the issue but they offered changing the room instead which we didn't accept due to short stay.

We had a spacious family room which was clean and comfortable. We arrived before check-in, and we were able to utilise the luggage storage and have a wonder around the town. The staff were helpful and gave clear directions to our room and luggage storage area. The breakfast was delicious, and while we were there, it was being kept topped up. As we had a larger lunch in the town at a nearby cafe, we were happy to use the Spar, which was located opposite the hotel for a light snack in the evening.

Great central location, still quiet, not much traffic. Cosy beds and everything you need for a fair and even low price. Best was the friendly service! The hotel stuff even sent us our bag back home, which we have forgotten in the hotel. Top rating!

Everything was fine. Basic, but sufficient. Nothing to complain.

Was a perfect place for a two day trip to meet my friends. My room would be small for someone who was planning to do a lot of work or spend a lot of time there, but as a relaxing place to stay with a great firm bed, a perfect location for enjoying bars and restaurants and still being close to the station, it was a perfect fit to my trip!

Staff always there, friendly and willing to answer my sometimes unusual questions. I love old town Esbjerg, so location was perfect. Also the closeness to train station was great. Stayed at CABINN in Copenhagen near train station some years ago and was very pleased with that stay too. I screwed up my booking for the 3 nights I stayed in Esbjerg, but staff got it sorted out! Since my family has a history back to the 1880. I will be back!!

Lighting a little strange in the room, lots of small spotlights, which made it a little dark to work.

Location was perfect, near the station, shops and pubs without hearing any of them. It was a great little room, such a good design, had everything, bed was comfy- I slept well. I will stay in a cabin hotel on my next trip.

The staff at the reception made the difference for us - we had booked a standard room ( which I would not recommend since the only slightly more expensive rooms are much better) but were upgraded because of defect window blinds. The location of the hotel is great - close to the train station and in the pedestrian precinct/city centre.
