I felt some better instructions on the parking spaces might have been even more helpfull. Would have been for a 10 flawless. However there were 3 marked reserved spots on the nearest parking. You could share some pictures and note that 2 available parking zones have reserved places for the hotel so that guests can find them right away. Hope this would improve even more your explanatory approach. Thanks

Everything. Even they don’t have a receptionist, the hotel has everything sorted for us to auto check in and the room was amazing. Comfortable bed, warm room, spacious and amazing breakfast.

The only thing is that the water in the shower and tap in the toilet goes off sometimes. When I arrived it was after 11pm and we couldn’t take a shower or wash the teeth because there was no water. The other day around 8pm I couldn’t wash my hand because the tap in the toilet had no water but was not a big deal in comparison of how nice the hotel and room were.

Very good instructions on how to open doors and find the room. I stayed at Mary, at this was super nice with a terras and a comfy bed. The girl at breakfast was doing a good job ensuring that everything was filled up. The breakfast was good and only cost 100 DKK. A overall good stay.

A group of elderly people had a hard time at the front door - there code was correct, but they didn’t enter it quick enough. But other than this and for me everything worked and can only recommend to stay here - just remember to read there instructions 🤗

This was very convenient for the location we needed. The property was very unique and comfortable despite that we are used to air conditioning. Breakfast was very nice as well.

For older people, it was an issue with the stairs and carrying luggage up to the room. There was no one at the front desk to address or ask questions. Everything was digital/email.

You really need to change your check in system! I got 10 mails sms and used alot of time to find the code to come in!! The code was put in many times and I had to wait a few minutes for the system to reset. To be able to do it again ( After 11 the code didn't work and I had to nok on windows to get my bags. I went out to smoke for 5 minute's. Breakfast is good also the very professional food chef. Overall a very Bad experience!! This the worst review I have written and I have been in most countries! For Danish standards it can not get lower! Sorry but it had to be said so you can hopefully change things at your hotel😉

Wow wow wow, sounding like an ambulance 😅 The stay was superb 💯 My partner and my colleagues were very optimistic about everything I chose . I will definitely come back.

The apartments were lovely, clean and well equipped and the booking.com package we got was incredibly good value, probably because we booked well in advance.

Using the keybox to get in. It took four of us to work it out.

Easy to access, check in and check-out without a person to interact with. No frills breakfast. Free parking.

Check out is at 10am and then the entry code changes. If you leave the property and want to reenter you’re hooped. Coffee wasn’t that great. Better to get one from the bakery across the street.

Breakfast was great, the room was very luxurious with a bath and a shower, and nice furniture.

It's all self-service, you miss the welcoming smile of the lovely landlady.

Graston is a charming town and allowed us a central location for exploring the area. the castle grounds were lovely to walk. The hotel had all that we needed and we enjoyed the spacious rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful

The restaurant is still not open for dinner. We did enjoy breakfasts there.
