Great facilities for sports activities such as a huge pool area and a gym. Very close to the pedestrian precinct and the shops. Parking lot across the street.

For the upper floor you need two elevators and from the first to the second you need to walk across the gym. In my room, the furniture looked partly worn out. Short breakfast time frame compared to other hotels with the same standard.

Excellent location nearby a city center shopping and dining area. The pool access alone was worth the stay. We got lucky that this was our stop during a rainy day in our trip (after Legoland) so we spent an evening and most of the next day in the pool.

Our room was on the top floor and had the windows shut when we checked in so it was boiling inside. Even with the small window open and a fan, it barely cooled off over night even though it was only 18C outside. There is also a really strange layout that means you have to walk through the gym area between the lobby (pool and breakfast) and hotel rooms.

Very nice reception lady/girl, location, facilities, one of the best/cosiest swimming pools in DK, gym - everything is perfect for a short break with the family!

Additional beds in the room are not very comfortable but ok for one two nights...

The breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was a bit complex to locate going up and down the lifts but overall, it was very good.

I would have liked to know that the room had to be reached by going up and down several lifts so I could have chosen another option.

Spa and Gym are perfect. Facilities are convenient, Sauna has a session where you get a 10 min assisted herb steam distribution and fan to sweat more and refresh the lungs. Very impressive. Gym is very well equipped.

The rooms were slightly less clean than i would of expected for the price, bit dusty in places and charging points are a bit too far .. could do with more USB ports in places.

Located in the heart of the town - just 100 meters from the main street with shops and restaurants, offers lots of sport activities which we enjoyed to relax after long driving, breakfast is also OK with self-made waffles :)

Room was very clean, comfortable. Staff was very nice, check-in and check-out were really fast and efficient. Can't expect more really.

Nothing really - maybe the breakfast could have a bit more selection in terms of pastries but that's it.

As returning guests (5years ago) we went for the pools and the excellent value for money. The pools were well stocked with floats and balls. We enjoyed the wellness area too this time.

weird tea cups, the teabag barely fits in them. Going through steamy gym area - this should be avoided.

The location is very central, The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the wellness area. Was great for the price.

Bit strange to get to the rooms, bit long winded involving going up and down different floors.
