I couldn't hear a single noise. It was absolutely perfect. Also, thanks to the bike they provide I went to places I wouldn't have go without a bike. Absolutely everyone is adorable and helpful. Always a smile on their face (if you're having a bad day it means a lot). Little details that I really appreciated: they have the fastest lift (if you have zero patience it's a delight), there is always a soft cool music at the breakfast. The free coffee machine

The hotel is located right in the city center, 5 minutes walk to the train station. Great hotel restaurant with delicious meals, so you don't have to go out and search for a place for dinner. We've got an excellent twin room on the roof floor with two double beds, two TVs and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. It's a perfect match when you are travelling with children.

The drain in the jacuzzi could work better. A price was a bit expensive, maybe it's because of the MGP contest.

The location was perfect (five minutes walking from the city center, bars, restaurants, shops etc),the breakfast had a great variety and was tasteful and the personnel was helpful. The room was big and clean.The bed was comfortable. The hotel has also a private parking.

The negative point does not have a direct link with the hotel. The private company which rent parking slots and has the electric chargers, needs mobile phone number only from denmark, sweden, finland or norway (apparently i did not have) and eventually i could not charge my electric rental car.

Convenient location and good restaurant.

EXTREMELY disappointed with the selection of TV channels. NOTHING worth watching. The option of chrome casting is not viable for overseas guests and I don’t have anything on my phone. Was looking forward to watching a bit of television on my stay. This isn’t a cheap hotel and so NOT acceptable. Will be shopping around on my next visit to Herning.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city. The hotel looks very well maintained and gives you a premium feeling, even in simple rooms. It's just a 5-minute walk from the station. The rooms are very spacious and clean. And you can even stream from your phone on the TV in the room. Plus, the breakfast is comprehensive and features many Danish classics.

Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was well-equipped and featured a small balcony, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and never too crowded. The hotel’s central location made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating

The room had a somewhat outdated feel and could benefit from some modernization. Additionally, the common area on the third floor had an unpleasant odor.

There were many options for breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was also very good. It was also nice that there was an iron and ironing board in the room and the towels were clean and plentiful.

Very clean and comfortable rooms with excellent facilities including a spacious bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. Excellent breakfast and service. Hotel is very convenient for the Town’s restaurants and bars

Minor issue however the in room safe could not be used and the hotel technician was not available .

Well stocked buffet with lots of options. Helpful front desk and by far the nicest Best Western I’ve ever stayed in. As an American, the Best Western name means downscale, but this hotel was really quite nice.

We had an electric car and the charger at the hotel did not work with our car so we couldn’t charge overnight. While we could have driven to another location and left our car there, it was raining heavily out. I realize that there’s different chargers for different cars, but the front desk guy said he’s gotten lots of complaints.

A good hotel for specifically business travelers in Herning. Very good location, enough convenient parking spaces, spacious rooms, very well-decorated rooms, enough amenities for a 4* hotel, very good breakfast with fresh and high-quality ingredients. No major noise.

A bar which can serve the guests by late at night is something missing in a good hotel like this. The cleaning service was not consistent over the days. Maybe it's a special policy of the hotel, or maybe different people in different days perform differently.
