The hotel is located right in the city center, 5 minutes walk to the train station. Great hotel restaurant with delicious meals, so you don't have to go out and search for a place for dinner. We've got an excellent twin room on the roof floor with two double beds, two TVs and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. It's a perfect match when you are travelling with children.

The drain in the jacuzzi could work better. A price was a bit expensive, maybe it's because of the MGP contest.

The location was perfect (five minutes walking from the city center, bars, restaurants, shops etc),the breakfast had a great variety and was tasteful and the personnel was helpful. The room was big and clean.The bed was comfortable. The hotel has also a private parking.

The negative point does not have a direct link with the hotel. The private company which rent parking slots and has the electric chargers, needs mobile phone number only from denmark, sweden, finland or norway (apparently i did not have) and eventually i could not charge my electric rental car.

Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was well-equipped and featured a small balcony, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and never too crowded. The hotel’s central location made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating

The room had a somewhat outdated feel and could benefit from some modernization. Additionally, the common area on the third floor had an unpleasant odor.

Well stocked buffet with lots of options. Helpful front desk and by far the nicest Best Western I’ve ever stayed in. As an American, the Best Western name means downscale, but this hotel was really quite nice.

We had an electric car and the charger at the hotel did not work with our car so we couldn’t charge overnight. While we could have driven to another location and left our car there, it was raining heavily out. I realize that there’s different chargers for different cars, but the front desk guy said he’s gotten lots of complaints.

A good hotel for specifically business travelers in Herning. Very good location, enough convenient parking spaces, spacious rooms, very well-decorated rooms, enough amenities for a 4* hotel, very good breakfast with fresh and high-quality ingredients. No major noise.

A bar which can serve the guests by late at night is something missing in a good hotel like this. The cleaning service was not consistent over the days. Maybe it's a special policy of the hotel, or maybe different people in different days perform differently.

Quiet room, comfortable beds, iron available in the room. Very good dinner in the hotel restaurant! Tasty breakfast, although I think it would be very good if the scrambled eggs were made out of fresh eggs (not powdered ones).

There was no hairdryer in my room, but I usually take my own so if you need one, take it from home!

Excellent location close to main station. Very friendly helpful staff. Hotel was spotless and very comfortable. Can't fault hotel at all really.

Although I don't really drink, the bar closed to all at 2200. Being on holiday (visiting family) it would have been nice to have had one relaxing drink as a guest of the hotel at the end of the day. Just a suggestion, not a fault or complaint.

Great hotel city centre in Herning. As I travelled for a travel fair, it was almost booked out, and the only room available was a junior suite. The room was great, with a good bed and bathroom. Dinner was excellent and good quality. Walking distance from the train station.

Helpful staff at reception and especially in the restaurant (Diana from Lithuania). Room was a good size with all the amenities you would expect. The restaurant (which is also used by the residents of the town) was very good. You will need to book as it is popular. Excellent buffet breakfast with hot and cold food. Wi fi worked. Free car park for residents of the hotel. Within walking distance of numerous bars/restaurants, where you can even sit outside if it is warm enough.

I enjoyed my one night here and there was nothing to put me off returning. The hotel is close to a pedestrianised area, so if you are arriving by car, you might struggle to get to the road you want, Mindegade. Arriving from the south of the town (the 195) works very well although you still might miss the signs to the hotel if arriving after dark. Suggest doing a bit of map reading!
