Breakfast was ideal. Location was ideal.

We were at first unprepared for the limited time the hotel was directly "manned". However, this didnt affect at all our experience. The hotel staff were exceptionally charming and kind.

The hotel is in a good location, in the centre of Herning within easy walking distance of the railway and bus stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The first room we were given was small, with a small double bed placed against the wall. This is a particular dislike of mine. If it is not possible to get in and out of both sides of the bed, the room should not be described as a double. My experience and understanding is that a "queen" room/bed is larger than a double, but that was not the case at this hotel. The receptionist gave us a different room which was very pleasant; however we had to pay 300 krone (about £36) extra. I would stay at this hotel again, but I would double-check on the room type when booking.

We never managed to figure out how to get WiFi working, In room TV should have an option to connect Ipad, Iphone or a laptop

The Hotel is in the centre of the town, the town is clean and friendly with plenty of bars / cafe's & shops. The hotel was very clean / spotless and the staff were helpful and friendly. We will be returning to Herning next year and will not look to stop in a different hotel. Very pleased

There is nothing to write in this section for me. We were picked up by car when we went out to places away from Herning so I am unable to comment on if parking availability directly outside this hotel. There is plenty of parking nearby though.

Fabulous location, friendly helpful staff, great room, perfect place to base myself for a busy week.

Good breakfast. Hot and cold options, lots of fruit and a wide variety of food. Also a really impressive cheese slicer - worth a visit just to see Danish design in action! Stored our bicycles very well.

Easy access. Quick check-in (and check out). Fine facilities in the breakfast room and good breakfast buffet.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel is right in the centre of the city, only 10 minutes walk from the train station. There are a lot of restaurants, cafè and super market nearby. The staff is very friendly and is ready to give you any information you need. The hotel is very clean and quiet.

Very nice, quite room - good location of hotel right in the center of Herning. Parking nearby. Not the cheapest possibility in Herning but certainly very convinient with walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Room rates seems almost what you would expect of a hotel in Copenhagen. Rates obviously driven by demand caused by the activities in Herning Messecenter. No espresso possible for morning breakfast, surely this can not be that difficuelt to offer.
