Clean and nice room. Very friendly staff.

Not one of the self check in counters worked. (We waited 20 minutes to check in) Breakfast was a disaster. Food was great. Great quality and plenty of options. But they ran out of everything constantly. No silverware, no glasses, and empty options when finally reaching food after a very, very long line. The issue was that they did not automatically refill. Not until customers would point out that food or amenities were missing. (Many people stayed this night, due to a concert. But in my opinion the hotel should have made plans for this)

The rooms were a bit smaller and the bed was single bed put together as double beds. There should be daily cleaning in my opinion. As side that everything was just perfect 🥰

Extremely comfortable beds, pleasant design, free coffee & tea. Easy to find. Easy check-in. The included breakfast was fantastic! Crispy bacon, well-cooked eggs, fresh fruit, cheeses & ham, ginger shots, smoothies, croissants. Wonderful!

The hologram "receptionist" is a terrible idea!! And it's placed so when anyone walks in front of the large white box (which is often) the image comes up and says a welcome message... immediately opposite the well-designed & comfortable sofa area - making it a really un-relaxing place to sit. The only 2 staff I encountered were surly and unpleasant, bordering on rude.

The staff were very friendly and offered us some great advice on local places to see. The rooms were comfortable with a 24 hour honesty bar by reception, A games are with shuffleboard and even a PS5 station to unwind and relax. A restaurant is on site. Would advise having a car as the town is a short drive away

The only real gripe I can offer is that there is no in room tea and coffee facilities, instead you have to use the coffee machines at the honesty station which is chargeable, Not a massive thing and not overly expensive but a basic thing that should be included

It is a new clean hotel and a great choice to have a quiet sleep with no disturbances. WiFi in the room worked perfectly fine and there is a smart TV also working very well. (Netflix, YouTube, etc) Reception is really polite and helpful. There is free parking. Breakfast was also good and fresh. I can totally recommend to this hotel for solo travellers and families.

I can mention two things which bothered me: 1) Bed and pillows were too soft for my liking. 2) Electricial outlet in the room was different than the usual way in Denmark (in other words if there is a safety pin in your laptop charger (type D), it wont work in the room) - but the issue was solved by the reception, they provided an extra charger.

Comfortable beds and good facilities. Buffet breakfast was included and was comprehensive.

It is a rural property so there isn’t much around it currently. The local hospital has beautiful grounds and walking and biking paths. Taxi rides into Herning were quite expensive although public transit was available.

The breakfast had so many varieties and it was suitable for anyone. Everything was very delicious. The rooms and the breakfast room was very nicely decorarted. It was a pleasure to stay there even if for a night only.

It was a bit unusual for us not to have a frontdesk and to make our self check in and check out and even printing our own room keys. This is not something usual in our country although it is a part of high digitalization.

Spacious, well kept facilities, nice comfortable room, very easy access near the highway. Very efficient and modern. Good breakfast.

Although the fixed menu for dinner is very practical and easy, the service was delayed and some of the food was less than average. Increasing slightly its price (only DKK 9.5) would not been a problem. Most of the passengers are on business or as a group, so not on a budget really.

AI check-in did not work. Had to find staff to check us in. Staff had never seen this particular error before but were very helpful. Only on option for evening meal in restaraunt, had to go elsewhere to eat.

Nice self check-in/check out system. Spacious room for my daily yoga practice and very comfortable beds. Good brekfast. Quiet room despite all other dog owners and dogs for EDS 2023 in Herning.

Hotel seems unfinished - outside and inside. I missed some furniture in my room like place to put my suitcase or a shelf for cosmetics in bathroom... also missed small fridge for dog food. Prize for 18-21.05.2023 stay was much higher than regular one despite dog fee paid anyway.
