The lobby and restaurant are very inviting, cozy, and modern looking. There are nice offerings for kids such as a treasure hunt and a room to hang out with table tennis and foosball table in the basement. Close to the nice Herning pedestrian area.

There was very little parking available around the property, all occupied when we arrived in the evening. Luckily, the kind receptionist pointed out some free street parking nearby.

The locations is perfect, close to the Main Street and right next to the station which worked for our early start. The views from our room on the 7th floor were beautiful! Breakfast was lovely and the lady who checked us in was so happy and helpful!

There is no air conditioning which is 25 degree heat was unbearable when the windows only open 1 inch, we did get a fan when we asked the following day.

Very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean rooms. Good breakfast. Play area for kids in the lobby. Good central location. Earlier check in was available on request (only same day request)

Only points of improvement would be an option to arrange for earlier check in times in advance - though we were allowed to check in earlier on request on the day - and free cancelation perhaps.

At check-in, the agent at the counter asked whether I had a car or not, without clarifying why she asked. I told I didn't but that my colleague had. Subsequently, when that colleague checked in, he wasn't asked about his car. As a result, he did not register his car, parked in the parking lot in front of the hotel. The next day he received a parking ticket. While there are signs at the entrance (that we did not notice), I think the check-in agent should ALWAYS point out to EVERYONE that registration is needed.

Very clean, wonderful location and great staff. Very comfortable room and bathroom. The breakfast was amazing (10/10 stars)

The only thing was missing AC or fan since the room got very warm and it was only possible to open the windows very little.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating for dogs, breakfast was really nice, tasty and fresh with warm bread . Room was clean and comfortable.

We would have really loved if there was a small fridge in the room

Good choice for breakfast although cooked food slightly on cold side.Staff very caring and attentive. Room size was superb and exceptionally clean.

TV was only available in Danish. Bar closed at 1030.
