Excellent location in historic buildings, the breakfast is always top notch, if you want to experience one of the most scenic areas in Denmark, you should choose Gl. Skovridergård. Also close to Museum Jorn and cultural experiences in the old paper factory, swims in the local lakes, or sailing trips or canoeing/kayaking along the Gudenå to Himmelbjerget. Surprised to discover that you can also borrow bikes (also electric) for free.

Beautiful location and traditional Danish Inn experience. Loved the art through out and authentic Danish furniture.

It’s a little stuffy. The gym and sauna are little sad looking and the breakfast lacked that little extra for a hotel with such emphasis on the good experience.

Breakfast was great. Reception staff cheerful and helpful. Hotel has free bikes guests can use, and we were pleasantly surprised how well maintained they were!

Not much room for 2 suitcases and not many places to put personal things in the room.

Great room. Very nice flat screen. Didn't expect this quality. Also nice with chrome cast. Fluffy and good towels. Good sized bathroom and great to have a desk and chair for work inside room. Great walks nearby. Friendly receptions towels for dipping in the sea. Great view from room. Charming place. Free parking.

Breakfast wasn't as good quality as a few years ago. There should be more home made stuff and more options like oat milk

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Beautiful park with very nice statues. Bikes to rent and a lot of facilities. The children nature park Aqua next to it was a great find for my 4 years old. The people at the reception were very kind and also the ones in the breakfast room

Check out is at 10 and the cleaner was very rude

An excellent property in a beautiful location. It has a nice bar and offers a superb breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful, i got good recommandations to eat and they helped me to order. Free parking space, 15-20 minutes walking to the center, very quiet.

Very good breakfast. Lots to choose from. Nice location near forrest and in very quite surroundings.

Coffee could have been better.

The breakfast was… interesting, there were foods there that we'd never seen.) Wonderful fresh fruit.

Our room was smallish but the garden view was lovely.

Spacious and confortable room. Restaurant is excellent.
