Easy check-in/access via door code. Spacious room with sofa and good lighting. Strong wifi. Good breakfast. Free parking close to the hotel. Room with balcony overlooking the waterfront. Kitchen with plates, cutlery and opportunity to make your own tea or coffee. Short walk to waterfront and downtown Sønderborg.

Only minor flaws. Bathroom could be easily improved by adding floor towel and shelf to put bath utensils on. Very early check-out at 10.00 a.m. (later check-out for additional fee). Outward appearance of the building and the balcony not very inviting (luckily, the rooms are nicely furnitured and decorated, though).

Clean, fresh, very good location, good breakfast, comfortable beds. We really appreciated the common kitchen with everything you need and tea, coffee. Easy check in and out, video turorial also.

Not so good sound isolation. And we had some issues with heating, which were partially resolved very quickly after the first request. But still only partially. The second time we didn't ask, because it was ok also with 1 radiator. And if you have a lot of baggage or baby carriage, stairs between the parking lot and the hotel will be a challenge.

The sofa bed was comfy, the view is good, the breakfast provides local spirits for tasting which is a great idea.

from just a night of stay, I received over 10 messages from various channel which is way TOO MUCH! Have to at least brief reading through it to verify if it's important. Please just send very important message in less than 2 emails/ messages. Otherwise, it gets ignored and annoying...

The location, close to downtown, but easily accessible by car and great view of the bay.

Except for the staff that prepared the breakfast buffet, we didn't see any staff. No reception, no ward, everything was done by email, text message or phone in case of problems. We had no problems, but just saying.

2 large rooms. Very clean and easy accommodations for three adults. View of the harbor. Breakfast was excellent with hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, crepes, and a selection of rolls and bread, fruit and every breakfast item you could want. Directions for the breakfast room were not easy and not in the same building but once we found it, we were very satisfied.

It was clean and new. It had a good shower and a comfortable bed. The wifi was really good, as was the TV which was simple to operate. The breakfast hall was unusually large but a a good selection of food available

There were no staff on site. I arrived late at night, and the hotel signage was misleading. It took me ages to work out how to use the keypad to get into the room as the arrival information missed a vital instruction which was to touch the faint logo/emblem in the centre before punching in the number - you couldn't see this in the dim light! It was very stressful as it was really late so I didn't know who to contact. Luckily a couple from another room walked by, but it meant sharing my room code with them, so they could have broken in at any point after that!! I would also have preferred to have tea and coffee facilities in my room, rather than down a corridor. It felt like a hostel!

The check-in was super easy and the room was a lot bigger than expected. The bathroom felt very luxurious and brand new. The kitchenette and drinks fridge were a great benefit and the breakfast had a fantastic selection set in a beautiful room.

We could hear the toddler in the room above very clearly, which was a bit annoying at 23:00.

Large rooms with balcony overlooking water and Dybbøl Bank. Breakfast was fine although the bread rolls were bake off and on the Sunday they were a bit under baked although on Saturday they were perfect

Impersonal. No reception staff to be seen as everything automated. Having to find the code to get in and out of the building

Good breakfast. Quiet, mostly over 50s type of venue. Clean, simple Scandi sort of decor in rooms. Tea/coffee available on 2nd floor common kitchen.

I had to clean out shower drain as it was blocked. Location of hotel I.e. entrance a little hard to find on foot from bus station. Maybe advertise the free tea/ coffee a bit better.also advertise brekker is in adjoining building - a pity to miss it.

Great value, spacious rooms with a great view. The city center and several restaurants are within walking distance and there is plenty of car parking space nearby, including charging options for electric vehicles. Simple, but good breakfast.

I felt a bit overwhelmed by the amount of messages I received, both via SMS, E-Mail and the Booking.com communication system.
