Hilde was just outstanding. She was always there with a smile. Very helpful and caring. The owner of this hostel could not ask.for a better manager. I even asked her if she was the owner. The place was clean, they clean every day. The area was calm and 10 minutes walk from the center. There was always warm coffee. The Inside garden was a very nice and useful feature also with two big barbecues. There was games room, tv room with plenty of sofas, kitchen had anything you may need. Obviously its a hostel and cannot ask for what you get in a traditional hotel, but it was clean, handy, comfortable, quiet and at a fair price.

Pillows could be replaced for long ones and not only an almost empty square pillow. No hangers and no place to hang. Showers work but could be updated.

We were able to get into the room before the official check-in, but only because we were lucky to run into some staff at the facility. It was good to have an ensuite bathroom.

There were school kids staying in our hallway and they kept running around and knocked on our door in the morning. We didn't know how to access the kitchen. It would have been nice to be told what the code to the kitchen was when we checked in. My friend was lucky enough to run into some staff who told her, but we met other people later who also didn't know how to open the kitchen door.

We were unable to enter the kitchen. Also the hostel didn't have a soul, nothing that made it special. The staff is not present and most of the things are automatised, which makes it basically anonymous.

Room was clean. Good accommodation in and around the buildings. Arrival and key receipt outside reception hours worked well without any problems.

The breakfast was a bit expensive, especially for the children.
