IVE TRAVELED TO 48 COUNTRIES...THE STAFF WAS AMONG THE VERY BEST EVER! PERIOD!

The room was advertised with Wifi and a locking safe. On day 1 I used them to fix the safe and wifi....and a few times thereafter. Neither was resolved over my 10 day stay. I ended up paying an extra $50 to my wireless provider for extra roaming data so I could use my phone. And, I was not happy about carrying around hundreds of dollars because there was no safe. Apparently they were lacking someone with the expertise to resolve this matter. I also complained to BOOKINGS and nothing was done! I had another BOOKING issue where their map and written location of a hotel was 50 miles away and when I arrived... Bookings did NOTHING!

Good overall... the people were REALLY nice. I loved the hotel (stray) cat! Hopefully they are feeding her with the food I left the girl who runs the bar (super nice)! Tell her Im going to check in on MY CAT! :-)

My reservation included WI-FI & a SAFE. Neither worked. I asked about both several times. I never got either. So, if you think you need either one....DONT COUNT ON IT! Remember, the reservations I made STATED these were included....didnt seem to matter. Everything else was so nice (esp. the staff) that I tolerated it!

A spectacular pool gave us the feeling we were at a resort when we were right in the middle of town--a short walk to everything, including the world-renowned Bayahibe Beach. The front desk staff was welcoming and so helpful with any request. I loved that there was parking right in front of the hotel. So convenient. We should have stayed here longer!!

I would have liked to have a blanket in the room as we sleep at different temperatures. I'm going to assume that there would have been one if we had asked (they were VERY helpful and accommodating).

Good location - 5 min walk to central beach plaza. Great pool! Good A/C with unit located where it cooled both living room and bedroom.

TV was streaming over private individual router in the unit, that got it's signal wirelessly (i.e. not cable, fiber, or any other wire). We were able to watch shows on provided Netflix ON FIRST NIGHT ONLY. After that, no service from the Internet provider reached the router. We could connect to the router on our mobile phones, but no signal was reaching the router from outside.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, welcoming and kind. The pool was amazing and the setting around the pool wonderful with trees and chairs and all. The restaurant looked nice but we didn't eat there. Our room faced the pool which was lovely only noisy a bit when some of the other guests got rowdy. Some of the rooms face the street so they might be noisier since it's a busy street.

It would have been nice if breakfast had been included but it was our choice to not purchase it ahead of time (some confusion since I thought I had but not their fault). The village has fairly limited options for food and a bit touristy-priced.

Probably the best hotel in Bayahibe. Lovely room. Clean. The pool was great. A very nice hotel

I think it would be have been good to have more toilet paper every day. But when we asked it was always available. We stayed 5 days which seems unusual. It was a lovely stay

No breakfast was provided. The suite was very nice, modern and clean.

Lighting in the walkways of the property were not working so it was a very dark and dangerous pathway to get up the stairs and into the apartment. Neither were the lights at the entry into the villa apartment and in the kitchen.They were not replaced during our stay.

Beautiful property with spacious pool and large comfortable rooms. Excellent restaurant.

Minor things. Door lock was broken. Room wasn’t quite ready until over one hour after check in time. Large surcharge to pay with credit card (typical of the DR though).

Room was very clean with the amenities that you need for a few nights. Very central to the bars 5 minute walk. Everything is very close in distance. We took the excursion to Saona this was excellent highly recommend it.

The WiFi in our room didn't work but it did by the pool.

Gorgeous little resort near the centre of town with a lovely pool, quiet clean rooms, and super friendly receptionists. Highly recommend this place if staying in Bayahibe

Not possible to pay by credit card and it seems absurd nowadays
