Aww the beach and pool was amazing. Love that they have different things to do for families and adults. The check in Staff where great. The staff by the family pool by the lobby they were all great. The room size was great. The beds were nice and comfortable. This place is so big . Kids water park _the lazy river was fun. My kids loved it.

The buffet style is great but some food weren't what I was expecting. For instance mangue a dominican dish was tasteless. The kitchen staff not the ones serving the drinks. The ones that you give your plate to get the food you want. They not so friendly. Even though they had mask on you can still hear and see people's expression and I felt like they didn't want to be bothered. The room floors looked like they were dirty but I think It's just the style of the floor. The bathroom shower door didn't close properly so the water would come out.

This resort’s rooms and restaurants and the facilities in general were exceptional. The water park with its slides and lazy river were a child’s dream. The distance between all the amenities was short contributing to the positive experience.

The size of the beach, the clarity of the ocean water, and the presence of seaweed both on the surface and the ocean floor were a negative. There was also a lack of snorkeling and equipment options which were a bit disappointing.

The stay was wonderful. Things for improvement : for common guests there are very little shade on the beach. But , If you are Eclave guest you can find palm tent and trees . This was a little unfair in my opinion , but we had a great anyway! Best restaurants : buffet/ Italian and Peruvian! The staff is all so nice and professional. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained.

Excellent service, all the staff are excellent, The food was very good, the water park was excellent, They have childcare, different play areas for children, they give you water bike classes (the instructor is very good)… They give you slippers… The common bathrooms have air conditioning and a pleasant smell.

The bed was a bit noisy and not very comfortable, the pillows didn't smell very good, the bedspread was a bit old, they can improve those things; for the rest everything was great...

The stay was good need more animation in the Disco..

That the food and drinks be better.

This is an amazing hotel with wonderful beach and great facilities for families. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and we are grateful to hotel and staff for amazing vacation.

I was very disappointed with the resort doctor Anthony Rodriguez. I saw him when my 4 years old son got ear infection. I paid 195 USD and he did not even prescribe medication and directed us to Bavaro hospital. So, I spent in total 3 hours to hospital and back in road with sick baby and it was stressful and inconvenient experience for my son. Also due to long distance I had to pay 140 USD for taxi which is not refundable by my medical insurance. Later I learned that there was a big modern hospital in La Romana which was very close to our resort. He could direct me to that hospital and I could avoid waste of time and money. I believe doctor should have some empathy to patients especially when the patient is kid.

the beach is beautiful and the people is very nice

It’s not the best place to go with children. At the end, they are only allowed in one pool and they cannot get into most of the restaurants. My kid has many allergies and Mediterranean and Japanese are one of the better options for him and yet he was not allowed. I spoke with the concierge and he made no concessions. They charge you for room service, which does not happen in other hotels of the same price. There were not enough floaters in the water park and yet it was almost empty.

Everything was amazing!!! Everything, food excellent, facility is excellent people were fantastic , service and the guys by the main pool bar were fantastic and also the guys by the bar next to the grill restaurant the best Ramon, Jc and the others one I forgot his name were spectacular

Buffet Breakfast at the spice market was awesome staff was friendly and courteous. Gorde Avial not sure i spell the last name right was excellent and professional

The quality of the drinks could’ve been a bit better the chaser use to mix were not good. Room was a bit noisy from birds chirping that were living in the loft above. Room needs a bit of updating shower didn’t drain properly and leaked at the shower glass

Location, beach, service.

People trying to sell La Playa collection at the lobby - aggressive sales tactics and not transparent. Run away from people trying to sell this at the lobby. Our experience was compromised by this approach.
