We enjoyed the convenience of the sun-club adult only section. The beach was absolutely beautiful, one of the nicest we have seen compared to most others in the Dominican. The water was so calm and the bottom was so clear and free of seaweed. There are a few rocks here and there but that is to be expected in the ocean. We did not wear water shoes and never had an issue. Do not listen to the complaints. The resort is lovely and the workers are kind. Constant improvements are being made and workers are still learning, so it will continue to get better. I would not hesitate to come back if the price was right!

The warmers at each of the buffets throughout the resort do not seem to work properly as all the dishes were cold. There is not enough shade at the sun-club pool or beach compared to the number of guests staying in that section. There seems to be ample beach space for more to be added. There needs to be more signage near the beach designating Sun Club Adult Only section as ones there can hardly be seen.

The pool is truly impressive, boasting an integrated bar that adds to its allure. The staff are not only friendly but also exceptionally helpful, ensuring a delightful experience for guests. The atmosphere is serene and enjoyable, offering a peaceful retreat without being overly crowded. It's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some relaxation time.

I didn't find the food to be consistently great; it really depends on the day.

1. The staff was polite and accommodating. 2. It is family oriented, great for children with disabilities. 3. Having choices for 2-2.30 hour tours was fantastic. 4. Having various restaurants for dinner as part of the all inclusive package is fantastic.

1. The unclear process of selling membership. 2. Too many forms to complete manually instead of having digital forms for completing by phone. Data on paper put the personal data at several risks related to privacy and confidentiality. 3. More choices for vegetarians/vegan costumers should be considered in the restaurants.

Amazing location. And amazing staff. They are really trying to do their best to give good service. Which is highly appreciated. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Great a la carte restaurants. Generally, the hotel is very relaxing, and it is great to spend time with family.

Food variety at the buffet could be better

I was fine walking around, but for people who have difficulty walking I think offering golf cart. Transportation would’ve been nice.

The property was fine. The only thing I didn’t like was my bed. The mattress needs to be replaced. It wasn’t level it’s sloped on the right side, which made it very uncomfortable. The other two issues we had were.: upon arrival at the hotel 3 PM Christmas Eve we were told to go to the buffet and sign up for the special Christmas Eve dinner, which we tried to do. We were informed that there was no run for six more people. Upon checking out at 8 AM Sunday morning there was no one available to bring our bags to the lobby . I called many times and all I got was a busy signal. In the lobby was empty.

I have been coming here for ten years. I like these familiarity.

Check in was chaotic. They struggled to get us the room we had reserved. Also, it is difficult to see what the Sunclub actually gets us. There is no clear distinction between sunclub and non-sun club. Also, it was difficult to get food even in the buffet there were always lines to wait in. Finally, the App is TERRIBLE! It is very difficult to navigate, it is constantly reloading-so I have to search again for the property. And many of the locations are incorrectly marked on the map.

Very friendly staff. Food is overall good, with few exceptions. Mexican and Asian restaurants are good.

Issue with the room Sewer smell in the bathroom. Occasional no cold water, only hot running in the shower and sink. Even the toilet boil had hot water. The beach is nice, but many stones in the ocean, could be clean up a little.

Have everything for good stay , different kind of food,nice clean beach ,friendly people. There was the best coffee that I drink. They was organize for us romantic dinner,it’s was beautiful.

It’s was take time to check in,but they was give to us very good room in the end ,and it’s rocks in the sea so better to take with you special shoes or you will punch your fingers . But sew was very clear and not cold

most of the service staff were excellent. good food variety. plenty of chairs in the pool and beach. drinks were good. VIP area drinks were way better.

the beach had WAY TOO MANY ROCKS ..it was treacherous and dangerous going in and out. you can't see them but definitely feel them. They should be removed. WATER SHOES ARE A MUST!!

Location, food, lovely staff, LGBTQ friendly, great pools, beautiful beach, fabulous entertainment

It does take awhile to get a drink because staff is busy but that’s fine. Good to know the water has some rocks upon entering but it did not negatively affect our experience
