the brandy served in the casino the backing up alarms of the buggies to and from the Bourganvilla, we were in room 3013 not enough beech chairs the dusgusting toilets to the Capricio restaurant not cleaned after use by the pool crowd until after 9pm when the food service was almost over

* Extremely helpful staff * Nice pool and beaches * Great buffet * Pretty good a la carte restaurants

* water in the ocean is muddy (unless you go to the farthest beach, ~20 mins walk) * a lot of jelly fishes (unless you go to the farthest beach, ~20 mins walk) * free cocktails have taste of water and there is no other option * A/C has 4 settings - off, very cold and we even did not try 3rd and 4th to do not start another ice age

The staff was so sweet and amazing. I can’t rave about them enough. The guys by the pool at the bar were sweet with my son attentive and truly did their best to make all of us happy. They were also very funny. There was a woman during meals who always came to check on my nonverbal son to see if he needed anything. They were super sweet and couldn’t rave enough about the staff.

The room was dusty and not as clean as I would have expected. The hotel room was a bit old. I also would have liked to have more typical food of the country. The food was delicious though.

As someone who work in hotels for the last 5 years, boutique hotels and 5 stars hotels. I got to say I’m surprised! The food was surprisingly very good!!!! In the buffet and in the restaurants of the hotel. All of the staff are very kind, nice and helpful I want to thank to everyone and especially darliana and heury from guest service who took care of everything I asked for. Ronal from the front desk who helped me to get my medications on time with pleasure and a big smile! Also drabi, Alejandro, aldo and the rest of the front desk staff who was always helpful and with a big smile. Camili and margarita from housekeeping who were so nice and adorable:) Jose and Francisco from the itailian restaurant, and Juan from the French restaurant - serve with a smile and small talks which is very important. And the one and only - my favorite - Alfred Bautista :) Keeps the energy high in the sky Always here to help with a smile Thank you all for making my time in the DR unforgettable!!! I will be back soon. I promise ♥️

I think that that there is not much variety in the restaurants menus so work on that a bit. And breakfast- make it till 11am. But that’s little things that didn’t harm the experience

The staff was very nice and they made our stay worth it also the food was fantastic.

We made an all inclusive reservation however it only allowed us to make one reservation in a la carte restaurants and we had reserved for three nights didn't include room service which make ask myself what the reservation all inclusive. The staff was very friendly, explaining what the reservation included, but if you can't add multiple dinners and it doesn't offer room service, the package name should be different because it can be misleading.

I stayed at the Bahai Principe Grand La Romana for 10 days before going to the Hilton Romana for a week to meet friends. After comparing them I can tell you Bahai Principe is way better. The staff is nicer, fun and cool unlike the snobby Hilton employees. The buffet is literally three times bigger and better (plus you can serve yourself). No one tries to upsell you - everything is included. If you ask for a specific brand you get top shelf alcohol from the bars. The outdoor pool is the nicest (and biggest) one I've ever seen. The Hilton pool is half the size of the Bahai Principe. Overall the Hilton was five times more expensive and not as nice as the Bahai Principe. Both are only 30 minutes apart. I used they gym daily which was good. The kids club (mini club) is good for young kids like 5-8. Lot's of entertainment but by far the coolest thing was the Beach Foam Party! They spray blue and pink foam about 4 feet deep and have a dance party on the beach. Super fun. Some fire dancing shows, a supercool guy who plays saxophone etc... I had enough entertainment that there was no reason to leave the resort. There is also a small casino which we went to one night. It gets hopping around eleven at night. We saw a dance club but never had the energy to go inside. The food was literally jaw-dropping. That's the biggest buffet I've ever seen. Sea fruits, fresh tropical fruits, traditional stuff like a pizza and pasta bar as well as great salads. They change themes every night. Breakfast is absolutely super - they serve anything you can possibly think of. Lunch is amazing - and they always have a huge baked fish or beef roast in addition to the other baked and roasted fish they serve. The desserts are literally works of art and cover three or four full tables. The guests can also book restaurants instead of eating at the main buffet each night. I tried them all and would recommend Le Gourmet as the one to book.

The main weakness is the beach water which is dark and has seaweed. It's not crystal clear like further up in Romana (at the Hilton). They've just added five new small beaches but they are extremely shallow - even all the way out they are only 2 feet deep. We swam in the ocean but the family didn't really like the seaweed and clarity of the water. However, you do get like a mile of pretty much abandoned beach down the other end of the resort which is great for hunting shells and jogging. We ended up staying in the pool most of the time.

Everything went Excellent from the Room, recreation area (pool, beach ) and the Amazing Dinner every night the great dinner at el pescador with the assistance of Yoselyn and the Amazing treat and attention of Mauro the director with my mother my sister and I, and Oscar the waitress lovely guy . Will always be thankful for it. Amazing Resort ❤️Will definitely be back .

The accommodation for Persons with disabilities,it will be great if the property can have more than just 2 wheel chairs and to make sure that all are in good condition and well maintained

Staff and facilities were great, property huge and clean and well worth the vacation. There were a few staff that stood out on our stay, primarily buffet staff that went out of their way to make stay one we will never forget and for that we are forever grateful...

Food, while in large quantity; was really bland, couldn't eat anything (and enjoy it) after day 3... alcohol.... not what I'm used to, the type i liked you had to pay extra for (not apart of the all inclusive experience) but it was an above average resort. Quite a distance from the airport but a fun ride... Beach huugggeeee but was always brown water (never clear blue and beautiful)... place was also filled with large flies and mosquitoes...

The beach was very nice. The staff was fantastic. I just hope the staff get paid well and that their wages give them a good standard of living. I don't like the thought of them working long hours, serving our every whim and having a poor standard of living with very little vacation and low wages. Food was good. The booze was okay but I'd love to know truly how watered down it is. Bahia Principe is very affordable so I'm not complaining, I'm just interested in knowing. The facilities were good. The choice of excursions was fantastic. We had a fantastic time.

Service was good, kid friendly, pool was nice, small and easy to walk around, buffet had good options, the a la carte restaurants were really good. The spa was really nice. They also had a lot of activities during the day and at night to entertained us.

the rains ruined the beach while we were there so that was disappointing, but not their fault. The rooms do look a little worn out and might need a touch up. There was a lack of communication resources, we never knew when the pool/beach grill opened or closed.
