I really like how nice the staff were and how beautiful the property is. You feel very safe. It’s a great place for families to enjoy a stay in the Dominican Republic.

I feel the rooms/suite could have been a bit cleaner. I also did not enjoy the food. The only food we recommend is the breakfast (which is included with your stay) and the restaurant, La Terraza (located at Playa Hemingway tower). For the most part the food at the other restaurants were undercooked and just didn’t taste good.

Very nice territory, green and clear. a quiet place without road noise. Great spacier room, bath, and terrace. Beachside with clear sand and a lot of places for rest.

Please use more vegetables with breakfast, I think its easy! And one thing, and very specific I felt a smell every time in my room. That was something like after animals, but stuff tried to do everything they could. Appreciate it!

The hotel is lovely. We had a spacious junior suite. We were two female travelers. They made up the sofa bed for us. The king bed was very comfortable. They had top of the line toiletries, L'Occitane. All staff were helpful and friendly. We ate on the beach two days. Staff was accommodating.

This is a gem 1 hour drive from Santo Domingo : calm, comfortable, clean, beautiful ! The room is actually a small apartment which is perfect for a family with a baby.

We experienced a rude and racist behaviour from one of the morning shift waiter. We believe it is an exception as all the other staff members were adorable. The bed was to soft for us.

The front desk staff was great and very helpful. The cleaning people were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was really good, and the location was close to the beach and restaurants.

The hot water in one of our bathrooms wasn’t working, but it wasn’t enough of a problem to complain about.

The service was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The food was superb. The hotel has several pools and a beautiful beach. There is a genuinely relaxed and classy atmosphere. It was easily the best hotel experience and the best holiday I've ever had.

I can't criticise this place at all.

The hotel is newly renovated and very modern. We had a king suite that was spacious, the balcony was beautiful and comfortable. The shower has hot water all of the time as each unit has in instantaneous water heater. The kitchen was large, perfect for a long-term stay. The beach is private with watchful security. Multiple pools to choose from. The restaurants were good.

The walls were a little thin, we could hear the kids screaming next door pretty well.

Best beach stay ever. The junior suite was roomy, the kitchen had everything, the balcony was superb. The food was so good. The sea is perfect for swimming, and the beach area has lots of chairs and shade. Best of all: the staff - to a person, they are helpful, competent, and welcoming. We plan to return every year.

This hotel is a treasure. Location, design, park, beach and staff. Breakfast is five star. The beach is wide, white and uncrowded.

The town of Juan Dolio is not compelling. It has a few nice restaurants and the beach, but it needs to be cleaned up.

I LOVED EVERYTHING!!!!!...about this hotel. The food was awesome, the staff was awesome, the bartender at the beach was awesome. She made THE BEST margaritas I have ever tasted outside of making them from home. The room was so clean, you could smellthe cleanlinessin the air soon as you walked in, and it was so cool and crisp, and believe...The cool air hit your right awaywhen you walked in from the heat...It felt so good. .Even the people at the liquor store 2 minutes walk away was awesome. This is now and forever my go to resort for Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic.
