The room is really spacious, it's really close to the beach, the hotel's bar/restaurant serves delicious food, the servers are really great, we never had to wait for too long to get served. Also really good price , i was impressed There's a security guard at night, the location is safe

There was a little inconvenience the last night that got me a little worried, but i believe it comes with the location, boca chica was fun but i believe it wont be everybody's cup of tea ,other than that the staff was really nice, I'll definitely be back.

The staff was so helpful & location. Restaurant and bar downstairs. Beach was within 10mins of walking distance from hotel. Food & stores were close. Just figure out the hot water & rest comes easy. I’d definitely would stay here again.

The room was big. The room was clean. The AC worked great. Nice balcony on 4th floor,not crazy about the stairs but the room was quiet for Boca Chica. I did not use the pool but it seemed above average for Boca Chica.

There was no on site parking as stated and requested.Although there was a huge empty gravel covered empty lot attached to the hotel. The bar/ restaurant was nice looking but a little expensive.I had tacos that were not great at all and were served with squeeze bottles of ketchup and mayonase,I thought some salsa Verde or Rojo would have been better.

The wonderful staff at check in was so very helpful and the even though i had a early check oy the process was still very easy. Food at the adjacent restaurant was unbelievable.

Hot water did not work but i like cool showers anyways. If i was going to complain this would be the only oncomplaint

Provided breakfast was good. Room was good size and layout. Bar downstairs was also nice & staff at bar/restaurant were attentive.

Hotel is relatively new, and still has some work on their infrastructure to be performed. Room closet was nice size, but no clothes hanger (pole) to hang anything. Of my 4 day stay, had to ask at least one time (day) if housekeeper would be coming to room to replace towels, etc., so they might want to tweak that, as it was 4:40 pm & no one had been to service room yet. Not disastrous, but just nice when you don't have to ask.

Junior was very nice and listen to the guest.

The menue in the room has one price but the restaurant have another.higher .

Everything. The location away from the beach is perfect and it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are many restaurants, bars and corner shops close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

You have to pay $10 extra to get a safe in your room. Other than that minor issue, I liked everything else.

Although this hotel may not be rated a five star, the staff and service is. The front desk staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. If I needed a taxi they arranged it, if I needed directions, they walked outside to show me the direction. The restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.

They do not use washclothes - but they cut a towel to make me some!

For the price is an excellet choice. Clean and comftable. Well located. Walking distance to the beach. They also have a pool. Staff is great

Everything was perfect… If we can place food ordering from the restaurant to the room that would be great .
