The facility is beautiful. Every member of the staff is exceptional. All extremely courteous and helpful.

THE FOOD!!!! I'm not one for wasting food, so I would take a spoonful of different items to try out. Very disappointing. Only good thing was breakfast. Also, why are there no salt shakers at the tables? Had to ask every time. We come to the DR two or three times a year to visit family and stay at different all inclusives in Punta Cana and this was the first time we had to wait till EXACTLY 3pm before being checked in. We usually arrive earlier so we don't get hung up in traffic and they check us in so we roam around the property and use the facilities and then at 3;00 they hand us the room key, but NOT at Emotions. 👎

The people and their service was great. They treat you well. The One Coffee Shop was a really cool spot. The a la carte restaurants were the best.

Quality of food and drinks in the buffet and different snack bars. Lack of room snacks. No ice cream anywhere in the hotel. Hotel feels like a watered down version of the actual experience they want you to upgrade to.

Our room started smelling weird in the afternoons. After mentioning it to the hotel staff support person, they did clean the room and it was amazing, but then at night it started smelling weird again. Overall, it was a great stay, but that specific room smelled weird.

The property was nice and clean the room was very comfy and clean as well with hot water in the bathtub . The food was delicious and always hot too .

Just the alcohol taste little cheap , the only drink I enjoy was the Beer , Then the rest like the rom and the margaritas tasted weird and the piña colada for nothing that I liked.

We loved the beach. It was the reason for coming to this hotel and hoping to have a wedding Vow renewal for our family next year. Either way this hotel will be apart of our package for our family because the customer service was superb. Grade Triple AAA Let me start with Raul, He assisted us pretty much the whole time from directions of certain places as well as helping my wife plan me a romantic dinner on the beach. As we started our afternoon from our arrival we met Juan Carlos at lunch. Juan was part of the wait staff. The attentiveness to us was amazing. Being in the catering profession attentiveness is a must and Juan displayed such professionalism and character our whole time. At dinner it was Juan again and Roberto. This team was on point making sure making we didn't need anything. Again, we cant say enough about the customer service received. With my wife being from Dominican and not coming home for seven years, it was definitely a great experience for the both of us. The next morning we met Rafilin from the Coffee Shop. This guy is the purest example of a Master Barista again not to mention the customer service. Forget Starbuck Rafilin was amazing and not to forget Jose who was the evening Barista they were superb. Amandri, was our waitress for breakfast. She wowed my wife with her customer service. Again we have a catering company and when we see great customer service we have to acknowledge it. My wife planned this romantic dinner on the beach for me and let me tell you, it was amazing. The ambience created was things we do for other people, not ourselves. I was so surprised. Pedro was amazing along we Leo. Their customer service was definitely 5 star quality.

Well, the room could have been a little better with the amenities. The Armoire was waterlogged. The fridge didn't work. only one set of towels allowed. No wash cloths. The Toilet would not flush. I could deal with all those things but the toilet not flushing I could not. I first tried to call the front desk. Busy signal the whole time. Being mechanically inclined I fixed it myself by making slight adjustments to the flush valve adjuster.

The staff was fantastic, and several really went out of their way to ensure that we had a nice time.

Food quality could have been better, but was a reasonable value. Hotel is a little isolated, but it is an all inclusive resort after all. The water failed for about 12 or 13 hours during our stay , but staff managed the situation well.

The location near the beach mixed with the weather made it perfect!

Honestly, I had no complaints, the property was excellent.
