Overall it's a great place and good for the price. I would stay there again for sure. The people working there especially are very nice and helpful. There is someone at the reception 24/7 which is very much appreciated. They even gave us a bigger place than we had booked for no extra price, because it was available. It was clean and they cleaned every day if we asked. And the location is great, very near the beach. There was a kitchen in the apartment we stayed, which is very convenient. I would recommend buying things from the supermarket and cooking there if you're on a budget. Eating out in Boca chica can be very expensive.

Only small insignificant things. The door felt not so secure when locked from outside. There were only two plates, could be more convenient with a couple of extra more. It's a bit loud since it's on the main square in a busy area, so make sure to use earplugs for sleeping.

The rooms here are very nice, clean, comfortable, good Air conditioning and strong wifi. however the really great thing here are the people, the staff is so friendly and helpful it's amazing, they really go above and beyond for their guests. also they will always upgrade your room if they have availability. this is of course much more likely to happen in the low season when they have much more availability however they will always try. also it's extremely close to the beach and extremely close to shopping and restaurants and grocery and convenience stores and The nightlife area, everything you need is less than a 5 minute walk. don't hesitate to book you will not be disappointed.

I had no problems, and I really believe as helpful and friendly as these people are that if you do have an issue they would do everything possible to fix it.

From February 10 to March 5, we spent three unforgettable Sundays. We lived 100 meters from the beach. We had dinner on the veranda, watching the evening life of the Boca Chica resort. Cleaning was done daily. Along the beach to the left is a promenade with restaurants where fish and lobsters are cooked very tasty. We absolutely loved our recent stay in Boca Chica at Parco Del Caribe!! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated like extra VIP. Everyone was so extremely welcoming and hospitable. The apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was beautiful to sit in and enjoy the lovely courtyard. While Boca Chica is a small town, it is definitely worth a visit. The sea is the calmest I've seen anywhere else, making it the perfect place to swim. You can see fish and the place is kept clean. The food in this town is surprisingly good. Every place we ate was delicious and the service was above and beyond. We truly felt on vacation here. If you are looking for a quick getaway, this is the perfect place. Only 10 minutes from the airport and you are in paradise 💖 We had our last few nights on the island here and it was absolutely the perfect ending to our trip. I highly recommend ☺️

Everything was perfect.

We stayed one night before an early flight next day. It's very conveniently close to the airport. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Location is really short walk to the beach, and there's a big supermarket about 10 min walk away.

We were kindly given an apartment with a kitchen so we could cook our own food, but just note that dish soap and sponge is not provided and you must supply your own. The hotel was super kind and gave us a sponge and small amount of dish soap to use, which was really nice and helpful of them! But if booking only for one night take note that it's maybe not worth to book the rooms with a kitchen unless you happen to be travelling with your own dish washing up supplies, and it doesn't really make sense to buy those things only for a one night stay.

Close to the beach, very friendly and supportive staff and the owner, perfect communication regarding the reservation and anything that guests might need, parking inside and 24/7 service.

Although the location is perfect from the distance to the beach point of view, it is a bit noisy due to the traffic what might be a bit of discomfort for those who rather prefer quiet place. However we didn’t mind at all, we were anyway most of the time outside.

Parco Del Caribe was perfect for our transition to traveling the Dominican Republic! Only a 15 min Uber ride from the Aeropuerto Internacional Las Américas (international airport in Santo Domingo), it was very convenient to get to. It is a gated facility, so felt very safe, quiet and relaxed, almost like a small oasis, separate from the hubbub of the streets around it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with enough A/C available to keep us all comfortable in the heat. We were a group of 4, so we got a suite with a couple rooms, a sofa bed, kitchenette and 2 balconies. Staying here, it is easy to find food options to eat and you are a 5 min walk from the beach. The stand out highlights: The service and affordability. Eli and his staff were all very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us comfortable and helping us out when our check out needed to be delayed. And for the quality of accommodation, service and location, you can't beat the price! Thanks again for everything. We’ll be back!

The hotel is located near the beach, it is small, about 20 apartments. It was quite clean, we checked in a couple of hours ahead of schedule (this apartment was free and ready), for which we are immensely grateful. The apartment's bathroom also had hot water (which, in our experience, is rare in this region). We found some good cafes/restaurants nearby: "Olvos Restaurant", "Raceli Restaurant"and "MOMO PARADISE" (they have amazing pizza). Hotel's staff take care of the guests: after 2 days of stay they offered to change bed linen, towels, remove trash.

The internet in the appartament didn't work very well. There were 2 places in the apartament where he worked, but they were not comfortable for long-term work. The area is noisy: music, loud mopeds driving even at 1 am, construction is still going on nearby. An Olé grocery store, where you can pay by card, is a 10-12 minute walk from the hotel.

Location perfect. The staff was best yet. Marta, Elvis, Junior, Cici, and Super Tomi were great at getting things resolved and taking care of you. Nice balcony. Nice apartment. Nice layout which made it comfortable.

Cable billing problems which meant no World Series baseball game one of the nights. This place only has some of the normal street noise found in the cities in this country. It is not as bad as in some of the reviews.

Check in was easy. They have parking on site, but they have to open the gate for you. It had cute surroundings with tables and greenery. The apartment was up two flights of stairs (no elevators). They carry luggage and turn everything on for you. People were nice.

TV didn’t work and you need to keep doors closed because of mosquitos (but that’s all of DR- most people don’t have screens).
