The hotel rooms & common areas are exceptionally clean. The guy cleans the pool many times a day. There's many areas to lay or sit around with sun or shade. For the most part the restaurant staff is fantastic! Especially Jeffery. The food is very good and served hot & fresh. The cook will try to give you exactly what you want. We found the drinks to be a bit expensive, especially since you're obligated to only drink at the pool what's purchased there. Miguel is incredibly helpful, warm, professional and will get or do anything you request. The staff at reception is wonderful as well. The hotel is safe and there's always security discreetly around. The hotel for the most part is very quiet and laid back. Love the Spanish music that plays throughout the day by the pool. The rooms are comfortable and incredibly clean. The cleaning staff works very, very hard to keep everything fresh, spotless and well maintained. Our only minor complaint is the parking. Theres only room for about 7 or so vehicles, so its usually always full thereby making you have to park on the street. However, we had no problems or trouble with our vehicle by doing so. The massage lady is phenomenal as well as the salon lady. My husband and I look forward to returning there on our next visit. It feels like home for us.

The drinks at the restaurant are a bit high, in our opinion, as well as not enough parking.

Good people. Leslie at the reception desk was knowledgeable and had a great attitude. TV worked well and had a good selection of movie channels. The refrigerator was initially unplugged but started right up and worked well.

Room itself could use a little loving. Some sliding windows did not lock. Some window mosquito screen was torn and needs to be replaced. Air conditioner was blowing cold air but somehow the room did not cool well. Perhaps the AC unit is too small for the room size. Quality of the sheets could be improved. Mattresses should have liners. This seems like a studio apartment that is managed by the property, but maybe as far as sheets, bedspreads and the like is done by the individual owners? The water coming out of the faucets was very salty. Water heater worked. Unit is right next to a restaurant that has loud music playing until midnight or so.

This place is great, clean, everything works and is good value for money. It's a very relaxed and friendly place and just opposite the beach. Close to mini markets and restaurants. It was a lovely stay with lovely staff. The restaurant food is well done and a fair price. The room had a very good cooker and big fridge. The sheets lovely and the beds are good quality. The pool is small but great. I am looking forward to going back. Some of rooms seem a little dated but all is clean and of good quality.

It was a lovely stay with lovely staff. The only thing I could say to improve was the shower having more hot water. But really this place is great, clean, everything works and is good value for money.

Lovely pool area and very clean, staff are always cleaning and are helpful . 100 meters to the beach. Pool bar serving food and drink. Many restaurants nearby Small supermarkets within 10 minutes walk which also serve drinks outside. Good value for money. Laundrette on site, which is excellent

Nothing. One tip no chairs on beach so it's best to buy beach chairs that you can carry

I very much enjoyed my room and kitchen. The landscaping is most pleasant. This was my third time visiting Juan Dolio for purposes of competing in an annual international chess tournament and this was by far my favorite place to stay. I liked feeding the loitering cats.

All the nearby restaurants and food stores are exceedingly overpriced. Be forewarned. My room had a weak internet connection.

The pool is very nice, good pizza is available at the location and the access to the beach is right across the street. If you like it lively: on Friday and Saturday the place is buzzing with music and life

The public access to the beach is locked after 6pm evenings and 7am mornings. At this location you are dependent on the public access

The bedrooms were good enough, the beach is super close and it’s beautiful, the pool is very nice and spacious and the food was incredible

At times there was no electricity, but I think it was because of all the rain

Everything went well! The room was spacious, clean and available earlier. The pool was AMAZING!!

My bed was uncomfortable with a spring poking out. Luckily I had another bed!

The pool is very nice. Nice dorms.

The restaurant for the breakfast is about 1 block away. the only thing is the bathrooms can be a little bit better
