I loved the view in my room. I also loved the the staff, especially management and how they are solution-based when an issue surged. They were able to rectify our issues. I loved how peaceful and calm the environment is. The one time a family was acting out, the staff immediately stopped it and all was well again. Total family oriented environment. I will be returning :)

The food options weren't the best but the waitresses and waiters were super friendly. I did not like our room at first, it was completely filthy but once we went to hotel management, who immediately brought in the head cleaner. They rectified the problem and cleaned our room from the walls, to the floors. They made it right. The room did not have a functioning TV or telephone and I never got that fixed. It was a technical issue, I was okay for the most part without it. Needless to say, the "bad" wasn't so bad because when a problem surged, there was immediate solution and that is valid. Again, staff are wonderful. I will be returning soon!!

I love this hotel very much, I have stayed there several times and I will continue to visit them because they make me feel very good. The employees are very attentive and friendly. The bartender Juan is very attentive and Santo. All the entertainers are very cheerful and make you feel a good time. The security team is also very friendly and makes you feel safe. Victor the employee at the buffet is also very attentive. And Francisco from the Mediterranean restaurant. Thank you for making my vacation pleasant.

Everything very close. Activities planned for each day. Beach and pool areas were clean and had shaded parts that were helpful.

Buffet food was OK. A la carte restaurants food was good but reservations were not always available.

everyone at the resort was super nice and welcoming. shoutout to the bartenders for making good drinks, Carlos at the Tex mex restaurant for being so kind and always having a smile and always making sure we were happy during the meal, and belkys (not sure if that’s how you spell it) for being great and getting us into the restaurant on our last night as we loved the food they served & didn’t have a reservation. The employees who were in charge of the daily activities/games and nightly shows did a good job in working with what they got and making sure everyone was having a good time. rooms were clean and as long as you put the sign on the door they will come neaten up the room and replace towels/shampoo/ toiletries. beach is beautiful with lots of chairs and space to relax.

the resort needs more of a drink variety (but was good enough for what you pay to stay here) - example: I asked for a mudslide and they looked so confused and said no food at the buffet was ok, I’ve eaten better buffet food at resorts website said there was a few different restaurants- there was only the buffet and Tex mex you have to make a reservation for the Tex mex restaurant in the morning - they will say no it’s full if they ‘fill up” the reservations (if I’m paying to be there I shouldn’t have to get denied when they have tables empty throughout the night not a lot of variety of food at the snack bar (only hamburgers/hot dog/fries/pizza everyday)

Was clean and very comfortable, but the best was the staff excellent staff, very professional and always, willing to go the extra mile with the Care for others. I can mention a few names, but I don't wanna leave anybody out the front desk, the Mexican restaurant, the grill restaurant supervisors in the staff and the Buffet during morning and lunch...

Almost everything (Not the mosquitoes 😁 I think that should exterminate more ) ..oh the reservations for the dining restaurants I think that you have a more organized way.

,THE VIEW TO THE BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL, THE BREAKFAST IS THE BEST. WE LOVED IT !! WE WENT FOR 3 DAYS. WE LIKE IT SO MUCH WE TAKE ANOTHER 8 DAYS. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, ALSO THEY HAVE A LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO WORK, THEY ALL HAVE VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MAKES YOU FEEL SPECIAL ALL THE TIME. IT IS ALSO VERY CONVINIWE LOCATION 45 MINUTES FROM THE CAPITAL (SANTO DOMINGO), 15 MINUTES FROM BOCA CHICA, 15 MINUTES FROM SAN PEDRO DE MACORIS. ALL PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY, YOU FEEL IN FAMILY.

THE FITNESS ROOM WAS UNDER CONTRUSTION BUT WE WALK A LOT AROUW THE BEACH.

Booking.com-Taxi I waited for a taxi from the airport for more than an hour, when returning from the hotel to the airport I did not wait at all, I had to urgently look for a local taxi

Rooms, availability of things, organization.

Time of restaurant's reservation, lack of foods variation, some people of staff with bad humour, lack of snacks or information about food between main meals. Staff don't answer emails well or provide consistent information, they don't answer on the site of booking and we need to insist for days to get the reply back.

The rooms were nice, modern and quiet with comfortable beds. Karaoke night was super fun and entertaining. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. The food was good and the Mediterranean restaurant was exceptional. The pool and beach areas had plenty of lounge chairs and were conveniently located to the facilities.

The only negative experience was the check in process. It took 2 whole hours, which is totally unnecessary and unacceptable! Something must be done to improve and expedite their method of checking in their guests..

Everthing. The clean, attractive room, the ample bathroom and balcony and the views. People really contribute towards an enjoyable stay and several made ours outstanding. Among many were Morena, Elvis, Gregio, Melvin Reyes Martinez, Pregrin, Francisco, Kimberly, Katerin, Jofranchely, Juan- El bartende, Panda y muchos mas que trataban a mi y a mi famila muy bien. Lo apreciamos.
