After my plane was cancelled, I did not want to sit around the airport so I booked an overnight at Triton and figured I could enjoy another beach day. It was more of a pool day. While Triton is located on the water, rocky coral cliffs prevent you from walking too far or swimming. The 2 lovely swimming pools (including a cool glass infinity pool) and friendly bar staff were more than helpful in keeping the cocktails coming and making food recommendations. It was a very quiet and relaxing day spent reading by the pool. The room accommodation was very spacious and AC worked great. The hotel owner was able to help make an early morning car reservation for me to return to the airport following a nice big hearty breakfast that included made to order eggs and fruit. Everybody was very kind and I was very appreciative despite my unplanned short stay. I would recommend more people from Santo Domingo to come to the restaurant for a day trip and enjoy the pool and great food and enjoy the beautiful views and sunset. It's not too far from the city and so relaxing! It would make a lovely wedding or party venue too.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Having been a solo traveler, they all took care to make sure I was safe when visiting outside of the hotel. They made sure my stay was enjoyable. The food was absolutely delightful, and the high quality was very consistent. Every person working took pride and was very friendly. This place is a gem. Alex, the bartender, made incredible drinks, Daniel helped me arrange safe travels, and Humberto made sure I made it to each destination safely. Nairobi was very attentive and took care of all the clientele. The hotel and facilities were incredibly beautiful, and the owners took great care in making sure everything was well-maintained. the views were heavenly, and it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy life again. I hope to return sooner than later! I already miss it!

The staff was incredible and the amenities very nice with 2 pools. The cocktails and for menu were great with the chillino relleno (stuffed snapper) being a must have.

Unfortunate there was construction going on, lots of noise during the day but the facilities will be even better once complete.

The food was VERY good, although just a bit expensive. The place is small, and private in the morning. It’s more like a bread and breakfast. The scenery was awesome, and the owner (and family) have some of the best stories about the Caribbean. They arranged for a driver to get us from the airport, then to the cruise port. I will certainly recommend them!

Took a long time for the shower water to get hot. A chair to sit in and read in the evening would have been a nice touch too.

Incredible welcome, kindness of all staff, they made it possible to rest and relax as a holiday deserves. we loved the delicious continental breakfast, the swimming pool overlooking the sea. The strategic location on the motorway and the proximity to the capital. Very good experience 👌

Very cozy place and very nice sunsets, the owner and his son always very attentive and the staff too, the food was very good, overall we had a great time.

We have no complaints, constructive observations such as the parking lot being too small for those staying overnight.

A very relaxing plays, beautiful view, I will definitely recommend it.

Nicely decorated, cosy, clean and confortable boutique hotel in beautiful tropical setting right on the coast line. The place is family run and very well kept. Food is delicious and the restaurant is very famous among locals. Attention is great. As nice as appears in the pictures. Highly recommended.

Nothing really. Everything was tops. Best if you ask the hotel tu send you a driver to pick you up at the airport.

Exceptional service from all staff. Outstanding ocean views and wonderful fresh food. Best breakfast which included fresh squeezed juices. The owner was present and responsive to guest needs throughout my 3 day stay.

Amazing low key place. Staff was amazing! If you are looking for something outside of the city this place is it. Great rooms, great meals, staff makes you feel at home.
