Huge and well appointed apartment that was 1km away from a beautiful white sand beach. The price includes all meals, which we thought was a good value and some of the staff were really exceptionally attentive. They also offer rides to the beach if you choose. Overall, if you are looking for a really chill spot and just want to go to the beach, it's perfect.

The area was very quiet and there isn't much around except big all inclusive resorts so not much of a town to visit if that is what you are after. Some of the food was pretty good, some of it was just okay, but considering it's included in the price we thought it was fine.

Employees are very friendly. One of the employees climbed the palm and offered coconuts to the guests for free. It was a very nice gesture. Room was spacious, clean and worth its money. Some of the furniture pieces got "tired" and need modernization but in general it was a comfortable stay.

Menus for lunch and dinner are the same every day. We have learned it on the 3d day. I think from the same kind of food its possible to cook something different. And the waiting time unbelievable loooong, even when we were the only guests in the restaurant. Water is very expensive and available in limited amounts only.

Cold water from the shower. Advice is to learn the staff more languages like English: you get more reservations

The staff was top notch. They were nice and extremely accommodating. The room size was excellent. The property was quiet and relaxing. The buffet wasnt huge but the quantity and quality was excellent.

The pool area needed some attention. There were cups, bottles, and food containers that needed to be taken away from the bar area near the pool. There were no facilities to wash clothes which should be standard considering many customers stay for several days and do excursions and come back with dirty clothes. The internet was sketchy at times. Lastly, there should be a shop onsite to buy snacks and other essentials.

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay. The people are very nice. The hospitality is on point everything was wonderful from the bartender to the guys that served us in the dining area.

The girls could have made more effort to speak a little English. Specially when you are getting people from all over the world

The staff attention is the best (Yandel, Algel and the guy of the car to the beach are awesome). You don't need anything there, the beach is so near and they carry you on a golf car. The food is nice and drinks very cool (Try Margaritas)

It was a little difficult to find the place by the taxi driver. No more.

If we signed up for lunch and dinner for multiple days, we got free lunch for the price of a dinner . Great home cooked flavour meals. Authentic flavours.

Great place with a lot of potential. It is in the process of renovation. No the greatest, but aceptable

Breakfast is too basic, some areas in the outside need to improve its appeal, like the landscape, street entrance, walkay to the beach. it is very empty, but once you are in your room , it is a better experience
