This place is very close to the airport but is beachside too. The staff were very helpful. The room was generous and the facilities were as you would expect for this kind of hotel. The breakfast was comprehensive but at $30 a head that was to be expected.

The pool was not available for swimming at 7am. There’s a small discount in the amount charged for breakfast if you include it in your room. I didn’t select this on booking and wasn’t offered it on check in. The air con in the room was effective but really loud.

Beautiful location in front of the beach, great breakfast, delicious food in the Arena restaurant and attached grill house.

Service is slow in the beach area and drinks taste very artificial. On the expensive side considering value fue money.

I like how friendly the staff work and how clean the beach is. I also like the experience of how the staff treated you with respect and were doing anything and everything they could to help.

The price for the food was quite expensive but the quality was on point. I definitely think It could be cheaper options. I also believe that they have issues with a lot of debt machines at restaurants.and in rhat case i had to use the atm, and that took more money than expected. I spent as much money taking out money as I did having to spend it. They should definitely fix the machines in all of the stores and restaurants.

Beautiful beach. Nice location. Not crowded. Resort provides Shuttle services to and from airport, shopping center and village center. Friendly staff

Rooms are a little outdated. The curtain hanger in our room is broken, two outlets don’t work. Smoke detector is missing. Restaurants in the resort are significantly over priced. Take the shuttle or Uber to the village or down shopping center where you can find plenty of good restaurants.

Safe, well maintained, family friendly property. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beach and green areas are beautiful. The property has made upgrades to the rooms and common areas since the last time we were here.

It needs a vending machine or snacks in the store. The only food options are the restaurants and it’s a bit too much for every meal, not to mention pricey. There is no supermarket very close by. The breakfast was not included in our room rate this time and is $25/per person plus tax & service charge.

Situated on the the most beautiful caribbean beach, with all the great service and nice friendly stuff. Comfortable clean rooms, with amazing view on the pool and white beach through the palm trees..

Nothing really . Sometimes there were groups of noisy drunk people staying late at night in the jacuzzi or by the pool..

Well maintained hotel with excellent staff, excellent food and drinks. Sprawling property with many amenities, selection of restaurants and beach activities. Felt like my tropical home away from home.

Offer a fish sandwich at Arena on the lunch menu and more vegetarian options. The food was overall lovely though.

It needs air conditioning in the Restaurant and bars that's all I can say The summer at Punta Cana is 90 degrees with 101 sensation almost everyday and even at night still very warm nights
