Well maintained, spacious, modern apartments. Helpful staff. Secure building in safe neighbourhood. Large supermarket only 2 minute walk away. Beautiful rooftop area and pool. Great value for money.

The sound proofing between rooms could be better (there were children staying in a nearby room and we could hear them constantly). The location in itself is fine, but it is about 20minute Uber to the Zona Colonial if you’re visiting as a tourist (only approx. $5 though)

Everything was perfect, good facilities, great location, close to shops and amenities it felt like a home away from home, staff are nice we had such a good stay here! Would definitely recommend

Hotel and rooms ( apartments) are new and clean. First impression was very good. Apartments have tile floors. There is a safe in the room Neighbourhood is clean and safe to walk around and minutes walk from supermarkt and Downtown center mall and Bella Vista mall. Chris at the frontdesk was super helpfull. Also Jahaira from housekeeping (??) Was very attentfull. 12th floor with pool was nice and you had a nice view of the City. Overall I had a pleasent stay at Brickell Apart.

Some of the rooms have a ugly outside view ( building in construction like 5 meters away from your room balcony) Not all the rooms have the same kitchen supplies. I had to move from my first room that had a micowave and no coffeemachine to a room that had a coffeemachine but no microwave. There is no cable tv in the rooms so I was stuck watching youtube. And extra bath mat would be nice in the bathroom since the only mat in the bathroom always gets and stays wet. Apartment gets cleaned only if you ask for it. Bed is comfy but some of the pillows are hard and high.

The views from the rooftop are incredible! The location is perfect! It's close to the mall, restaurants and supermarket!

I didn't like that the gym wasn't cleaned, and I happened to almost slice 2 of my fingers off on the bench when the pin slipped out. I had someone go get help because I was bleeding badly , but there weren't any first add kits at the reception desk, and no one was willing to help. They just said go to the hospital. I stay here often and this really upset me but I had to remember where I was at! Also, I didn't like that the roof top restaurant was closed down.

I loved the facilities, the room was spotless, it is very close to everything and it looks safe. The pool was amazing, and I like the fact that the kitchenette was fully stocked.

Too much money charged for early check in and late check out. I arrived at 1:40pm and even though the room was ready, they told me I had to pay or wait til 3pm. The hotel was not packed. I think they could have let me and my 10 year old son check in at least at 2pm without charging an extra $20. Check out is at 11am and I was charged $40 to stay until 2pm. The night stay is $80. I didn't like that a hotel staff knocked on the door at 2pm and walked us down to the lobby. I felt like I had done something wrong and felt it was unnecessary

Location and the front desk staff especially the young lady that works during the day .

I have stayed many times but this stay was the best because I did not have problems with the cable tv or the clothes dryer . I think they need to do a lot better about giving towels and sheets if needed at night and also , it is not clear that they do daily cleaning and changing if the bed and taking out the trash unless you call them. We get different answers from different people about that . It is very hard to get sheets and towels from the night shift when you get in after a long hot day.

Paid for 7 nigths but my job required to travel back to my office due to emergency so I only stay for 5 days but I paid for 7 day they did not give a credit back for two days they promise that they will send an e-mail with credit for two day credit to be used in my next trip to Dominican Republic or the the hotel I have been waiting for this credit for the two days not respond from the hotel. ???

This place located in a nice area of Santo Domingo.. restaurants, supermarkets, bars are close by. Nice restaurant on the roof with pool and view. The apartment is large with modern appliances. Cannot get in without security buzzing you in is a great feature.

Reception could be more friendly, same for security. The shower water spills over into bathroom. Such a huge investment for the owners and they bought the worst curtains you can have in an apartment. Probably $15 over priced per night.
