The room and bathroom were clean, soap and shampoo was provided. There was a botlejon de agua free in the lobby. The price was inexpensive. There was a balcony, the tv and a/c worked great. We asked for assistance to know how to work the tv remote and someone immediately came and helped us.

Breakfast was free but wasn't served until.8AM.so we.couldnt enjoy it. No coffee in the lobby. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom that didn't work. No elevator and our room was in the 4th floor. I was carrying a baby and bags- there was no offer to help. So the staff was respectful and friendly enough, but didn't go out of there way

The triple room and bathroom were spacious and clear. We had also a big balcony. It was a bit hard to park around but the staff found us a spot just in front of the hotel in the end. The breakfast was also very welcome in the morning. The location is great, walking distance from the beautiful colonial area.

Depending on who was attending, the staff at the reception was not always the friendliest. It was a bit noisy at night. Several alarms went off different vehicles, and the traffic around is heavy.

Clean! Exactly like the photos. No surprises. What you see is what you get. Clean, secure, comfortable, convenient location.

No one mentioned the breakfast and when it starts or where to find it. So I went to the corner and bought some coffee and a banana for a dollar and sat in the park people watching.

Great staff, close to Colonial Zone with supermarket across the street. Comes with simple breakfast and has nice decor. Angela was very helpful and got me to a cascada in Jima! Oh and it also has a rooftop deck with a great view!

The street outside is very busy but I was still able to sleep as it shutdown decently early. Definitely worth the price.

The staff was wonderful, I enjoyed being able to walk into the colonial district from the hotel. The room was neat and clean, small but perfectly acceptable. For the price, I don't think you can beat it.

I read there was breakfast- I was not offered breakfast. The wifi was poor.

The location is good, just few minutes walk to the main attraction in colonial zone. Place is clean.

The Wi-Fi, it keeps going off then you have to reconnect again. Staff are nice but none of them communicate in English. we use google translation. It didn’t really bother me but it would be nice to have someone who can atleast speak basic English.

Nice room with breakfast for that price. For 1-2 nights great option. Near the city center and supermarkets. Very kind stuff

I liked the hotel and the staff was very nice. I would appreciate a cup of coffee or tea in the morning- but for the price it can't be beat.

Location was great, staff were friendly and spoke English. Room was a decent size.
