The room was extremely quiet, shockingly so. Air conditioning worked a little too well, and I woke up freezing at some point before dawn. Everything was clean, albeit threadbare. The staff was curteous and helpful. The location was centric and in a safe part of town. We arrived late and I felt safe allowing my teenage son to go to a nearby colmado on his own to get snacks. In the morning, we were offered coffee, and were able to chat with the staff while we waited for our UBER. Everybody was lovely there.

The shower doesn't have hot water. It wasn't just our room. NONE of the rooms have hot water. Although the room had a menu for an in house restaurant, it wasn't functioning when we went. Even thoigh it is included, they start serving breakfast after 8AM, and we had an appointment we needed to leave for at 7AM, so we weren't able to try the food.

I like the hotel location, but I like most the hotel staff , they are willing to help every single customer with kindness and smile.The hotel always clean!

The internet system is totally bad, everybody looking to get internet connection in everywhere in the hotel. The towels conditions are terrible, clean but mostly of the towels are very old.

The location is great, the female receptionist who works the day shift was very polite and friendly. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, TV had English channels unlike other places I've stayed throughout my visit. 💯

The cook came off as a bit unfriendly. The WiFi didn't pick up in one of the rooms very well.

we had a little problem, because we reserved 2 bedrooms and they wanted to give us just 1, but the receptionist was very nice about it and made sure to fix that problem
