A very good place

I have stayed at Hotel Renacer since 2019 and it has improved from my first experience to now. I would say that they are getting a better service, the price is great for the kind of accommodation and the staff is very helpful. There is an ATM at the hotel that once can easily get money from without being exposed and a wonderful swimming pool if you enjoy a bit of sunshine or tranquility at night time before you to go sleep.

I would say that the breakfast must improve. The one that is served in the price with the room. They can vary a bit on the menu and not serve sandwiches every day. They can serve fruit or oatmeal, pancakes. Just make it different because some of us spend more than one day at the hotel and eating the same breakfast every morning can get boring and unhealthy.

I like the fact that the environment is quiet and one can work and relax at the same time. The swimming pool is very clean and the hospitality is great. I also like the fact that the management is improving. I have stayed here before and that is why I always come back.

I would just recommend for the breakfast to be better because it doesn't match what one is paying for. And, also would suggest for there to be water bottles in the room every day. Other than that, I think everything is great.

There was A/C and the bed was comfortable. TV worked, had internet. There was hot water the first day of my stay...

Location was a 15 block walk to the nearest Metro station, and 8-10 blocks to the shoreline. As a tourist, I wanted to be closer to the malls, restaurants, and shopping. The price really irritated me. I was quoted $113 for 6 nights (US$18 per night), but by the time they added a 28% VAT, and gave me a terrible exchange rate, I ended up paying Dom Rep pesos 8700 (works out to US$26). Zero view. Definitely not worth $26 a night!!

Great value for your money, Place location is very good. Has a satisfied breakfast, refrigerator, swimming pool, clean room and wide, hot water. Air conditioner, free wifi. And staff been very kind.

Wifi at my first room wasn't good, but I request the staff to change room and than every thing been SOLVED.

The property was comfortable, room clean and the pool was clean. Staff was friendly and as helpful as the language barrier would allow. Had no complaints especially for the price.

Didn't have anything to dislike at this location. I got what I paid for. Breakfast was included and was actually pretty good. Ordered out for our meals.

It is located in good place all walking distance . All staff are friendly the manager is very attentive.

Really small things but nothing major.

Room was almost cleen, just only an empty bottle from previous guests was lost on the top of the cabinet. Cleen showerroom with hot water. Freendly stuff on the reception.

Directly behalf window is installed air conditioners outside units that is really noisy and makes it very difficult to sleep during the night.

Is a good place to stay one night or two, to go to do a bussines thing is a good place to stay or to tale a fly and if you live outside of the capital like me is good place to stay.

The staff where kind and very respectful. The manger or the owner was very attentive to the guest's needs.

I didn't like that the there was not a lot hot water but i did not say anything either.
